Los seres humanos contamos con una gran capacidad para afrontar los cambios y adaptarnos a ellos en distinto nivel y de distinta forma, sin embargo, la capacidad infantil es un poco más indefensa y vulnerable ante este tipo de cambios, por lo que se requiere un soporte y una guía para afrontar todas estas transiciones por parte del adulto hacia los pequeños.

Es imprescindible como padres mantener la calma y dependiendo de la edad de nuestros hijos explicarle la situación, creo que la mejor manera y que a mi en lo personal me ha servido es hacer todo como si esto fuese un cuento o un sueño del cual pronto saldremos.

Como todos sabemos en los primeros años de nuestros hijos es donde se comienza a desarrollar su personalidad, comienzan por identificar nuestros roles y nuestras acciones. Por tal motivo es importante que ellos sientan de nuestra parte gran control emocional. Como papitos es imprescindible desarrollar técnicas de aprendizaje socio-emocional que ayuden a nuestros bebes en situaciones complicadas donde su calma se vea sobrepasada por su estrés, miedo y ansiedad.
As we all know in the early years of our children is where their personality begins to develop, they begin by identifying our roles and our actions. As daddies, it is essential to develop social-emotional learning techniques that help our babies in complicated situations where their calm is overwhelmed by their stress, fear and anxiety.
Les cuento mi rutina diaria que ha permitido con disciplina enseñarle a mi hijo en estos días de solo encierro para protegernos:
I tell you about my daily routine that has allowed with discipline to teach my son in these days of only confinement to protect us:
1.- Todas las mañana enseño a mi niño a cepillarse los dientes y ahí le muestro la responsabilidad frente a su salud bucal.
1.- Every morning I teach my child to brush his teeth and there I show him responsibility for his oral health.
2.- Luego en las comidas enseño lo vital de una alimentación balanceada.
2.- Then at meals I teach the vitality of a balanced diet.
3.- En sus rutinas de juego trato de hacerlas al aire libre y si es involucrando la naturaleza o los animales, enseño el respeto hacia ellos.
3.- In their play routines I try to do them outdoors and if it is involving nature or animals, I teach respect towards them.
Mantener a nuestros niños activo, ayudará a regular y a equilibrar los químicos cerebrales encargados de las emociones y a mantenerlo saludable, por lo que es importante realizar actividad física de acuerdo a su edad para activar su mente y cuerpo.
Keeping our children active will help regulate and balance the brain chemicals responsible for emotions and keep them healthy, so it is important to do physical activity according to their age to activate their mind and body.
Sabemos que la base de una sociedad es la familia por lo tanto somos los guías y los responsables ante el crecimiento y el desarrollo de hombre y mujeres de bien, aprovechemos de esta oportunidad que aunque la circunstancia no sea las mejores nos permiten dedicarle tiempo y atención a su desarrollo.
