Debemos equilibrar la tecnología en nuestros niños a como dé lugar//We must balance technology in our children at any cost

Saludos mis queridos y apreciados lectores, espero se encuentren muy bien, reciban un cordial saludo de parte de esta humilde servidora. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una linda jornada recreativa y educativa que pude experimentar el día de ayer junto a mis pequeñas niñas y es que en la actualidad los chamos han adoptado una dependencia hacia la tecnología verdadera increíble, aunque no son sólo ellos sino todos nosotros, pero es nuestro deber como adres encargarnos de hacer un equilibrio entre lo tecnológico y lo natural, deportivo o educativo.

Greetings my dear and appreciated readers, I hope you are very well, receive a cordial greeting from this humble servant. Today I want to share with you a beautiful recreational and educational day that I was able to experience yesterday with my little girls and that is that nowadays the kids have adopted an incredible dependence on true technology, although it is not only them but all of us, but it is our duty as parents to take care of making a balance between the technological and the natural, sports or educational.

En algunas ocasiones ésto resulta algo difícil debido a las distintas ocupaciones que tenemos en nuestra vida diaria, pero creo que debemos hacer un gran esfuerzo por garantizar ese tan importante equilibrio.

Sometimes this is somewhat difficult due to the different occupations we have in our daily lives, but I believe that we must make a great effort to guarantee that important balance.

En mi caso, yo trabajo de lunes a sábado y sólo me queda el domingo libre para compartir con mis niñas y en algunos casos los quehaceres del hogar me lo impiden, pero ésta semana me propuse hacerlo y dedicar una mañana completa a enseñarles un poco a que me dedicaba yo cuando era pequeña y no existía ni el internet ni los video juegos.

In my case, I work from Monday to Saturday and I only have Sunday free to share with my girls and in some cases the household chores prevent me, but this week I decided to do it and dedicate a whole morning to teach them a little about that I used to do when I was little and there was neither the internet nor video games.

Comencé elaborando una tabla de STOP, un juego muy interesante y educativo en el que se realiza una tabla con varios renglones rotulados con nombre, apellido, ciudad, animal, fruto y cosa, los cuales se van llenando de acuerdo a una letra planteada por los jugadores que indica el comienzo de cada palabra, es decir, si un jugador dice la letra A, todos procedemos a colocar un nombre que empiece por esa letra, un apellido y así sucesivamente hasta llegar al final.

I began by making a STOP table, a very interesting and educational game in which a table is made with several lines labeled with name, surname, city, animal, fruit and thing, which are filled in according to a letter given by the students. players that indicates the beginning of each word, that is, if a player says the letter A, we all proceed to place a name that begins with that letter, a last name and so on until reaching the end.

Es una dinámica bastante interesante, pero debido a la diferencia de edades y de coeficiente intelectual tuve que obviar la parte que dice que el que termine primero de llenar los renglones gana.

It's quite an interesting dynamic, but due to the difference in age and IQ I had to skip the part that says whoever finishes filling in the lines first wins.

De verdad que quedé muy sorprendida con la inteligencia y destreza de mi niña grande, claro porque la bebita lo que hacía era rayar la hoja y decir cosas al azar que lo que nos causaba era mucha gracia. Sinceramente nos divertimos muchísimo.

I was really surprised with the intelligence and dexterity of my big girl, of course because what the little girl did was scratch the page and say random things that caused us a lot of fun. We honestly had a lot of fun.

Otra cosa que me gustaba jugar mucho cuando era muchacha era tres en línea, un juego bastante sencillo que no necesita de mucho intelecto, pero que resulta muy divertido y dinámico, les confieso que en éste si salí derrotada por Sofia,ya que sabía envolverme y engañarme, confieso que he perdido práctica.

Another thing that I liked to play a lot when I was a girl was three in a row, a fairly simple game that doesn't need much intellect, but is very fun and dynamic. I confess that in this one I was defeated by Sofia, since she knew how to get involved and deceive myself, I confess that I have lost practice.

Para los que no saben de que se trata, se hace una hoja una tablita de 9 divisiones las cuales van siendo llenadas por los participante con O ó X de manera de crear una secuencia lineal, el que lo logre gana el juego.

For those who do not know what it is about, a sheet is made, a table of 9 divisions which are being filled by the participants with O or X in order to create a linear sequence, whoever achieves it wins the game.

De verdad que fué una mañana muy nutrida y divertida y que tenía tiempo que no disfrutaba al lado de mis amores y lo más importante de todo fué que logre lo que me propuse que era lograr que se olvidaran un rato del las tablets, del internet y de los video juegos, y mi sirvió a mi también para hacerlo que creo que ya lo necesitaba.

It really was a very full and fun morning and I had time that I did not enjoy next to my loves and the most important thing of all was that I achieved what I set out to do, which was to make them forget about the tablets, the internet and of video games, and it also helped me to do it, which I think I already needed.

A! disculpen lo poco perfeccionista de las lineas y las letras es que quise que Sofia las hiciera ella para que aprendiera.

Queridos amigos, con mi post del día de hoy quiero crear conciencia en nosotros los padres en cuanto a la responsabilidad que tenemos todos para con nuestros hijos, de nosotros depende que tiempo dediquen a la tecnología y que no, es importante saber balancear esta valiosa herramienta y no permitir que lo hagan adicción, si tenemos que hacer maromas pata lograrlo hagamoslo, pero no olvidemos que el equilibrio siempre debe existir.
