In all the time I’ve been on Hive, I’ve met many Venezuelans who find themselves in the situation of having family far away, with families torn apart, and with no other option. The circumstances are very tough, and it’s hard for anyone who hasn’t experienced such a thing to understand. It’s been many years without your mother nearby; that’s very sad, but the love between the two of you remains intact, and the longing to see each other grew stronger every day. I can imagine the intense emotion you both must have felt when you embraced. And those white roses were the perfect gift.

I sincerely hope that the situation there improves, that things change, and that in time families can live as they should. I’m so glad to hear from you and to read about this reunion. Thank you, Neruel. A big hug!🤗

En todo este tiempo que estoy en Hive he conocido a muchos venezolanos en la situación de tener familia lejos, familias divididas y no hay otra opción. Las circunstancias son duras y mucho y quien no ha vivido tal cosa es dificil de comprender. Han sido muchos años sin tu madre cerca, eso es muy triste, pero ese amor entre ambos está intacto y la añoranza de verse crecía cada día. Me imagino la intensa emoción que habrán sentido ambos al abrazarse. Y esas rosas blancas eran el regalo perfecto.

Con el corazón espero que la situación allí mejore, que cambie y que con el tiempo las familias puedan vivir como es debido. Me alegra mucho leerte y saber de este encuentro. Gracias Neruel. Un gran Abrazo!🤗
