Saludos comunidad nuevamente por aquí para compartir otra historia de mi vida, esta vez junto a mi pequeño mejor amigo, mi hijo menor, a mis primeros 71 años como bromeo con los amigos porque siempre le pido a dios vida y salud para ver crecer a mis hijos menores, nietos, lograr sus metas a todos mis hijos.Mi hijo menor fue operado hace casi 2 meses de ambos pies y su recuperación ha sido satisfactoria,esto debido a que desde pequeñito practicó beisbol y sus huesos están fuertes.Siempre lo motivé a a hacer ejercicicios, su contextura es delgada por su proceso de crecimiento pero saludable.
Greetings community again here to share another story of my life, this time with my little best friend, my youngest son, my first 71 years as I joke with friends because I always ask God for life and health to see my youngest children, grandchildren, achieve their goals to all my children. My youngest son was operated almost 2 months ago on both feet and his recovery has been satisfactory, this is due to the fact that since he was a little boy he practiced baseball and his bones are strong, I have always encouraged him to exercise, he is thin due to his growth process but healthy.
Por ahora no puede volver al beisbol, no puede correr, hacer ejercicios rudos pero si necesita hacer ejercicios para su pies (en puntillas, de talón) para que sus pies se fortalezcan aún mas.Por ello lo llevo a la playa que nos queda muy cerca, caminar por la arena le beneficia bastante.
For now he can't go back to baseball, he can't run, he can't do hard exercises, but he does need to do exercises for his feet (on tiptoe, heel) so that his feet get even stronger, so I take him to the beach which is very close to us, walking on the sand is very beneficial for him.
Lo mejor de todo esto es que podemos compartir mas, para mi ha sido una experiencia muy bonita , ya mi hijo tiene 12 años, en noviembre cumplirá 13 y cada día estoy mas feliz por sus logros, el es un buen estudiante. Como todos los jovencitos de su edad le encanta la tecnología, trato de que hagamos actividades juntos que permitan el contacto con la naturaleza, somos afortunados porque tenemos cerca un paisaje de playa y de montaña, propicio para compartir en ambientes naturales.
The best of all this is that we can share more, for me it has been a very nice experience, my son is 12 years old, in November he will be 13 and every day I am happier for his achievements, he is a good student. Like all youngsters of his age he loves technology, I try to do activities together that allow contact with nature, we are fortunate because we have near a beach and mountain landscape, conducive to share in natural environments.
Toda la experiencia que me dan los años me permiten brindarle los consejos necesarios para conducirlo por el camino correcto, mientrás viva esa es mi misión. Estas fotos son de nuestra última salida esta semana donde la pasamos muy bien, el muestra una mejoría notable y para mi es un alivio. Con el puedo hablar de deportes porque a los dos nos gustan y me hace feliz disfrutar de su compañía, el es mi pequeño amigo, mi apoyo y mi mayor deseo es verlo recuperado totalmente.
All the experience that the years give me allow me to give him the necessary advice to lead him on the right path, as long as he lives that is my mission. These photos are from our last outing this week where we had a great time, he shows a remarkable improvement and for me it is a relief. With him I can talk about sports because we both like them and it makes me happy to enjoy his company, he is my little friend, my support and my greatest wish is to see him fully recovered.
Dios me ha dado la oportunidad de disfrutar del crecimiento de mis hijos, me inspira a seguir viviendo, si me hubieran dicho en mi juventud que sería padre a los 50 y a los 71 tendría un hijo de 12 años seguro me hubiera reido, pero la vida te da sorpresas y hoy estoy aquí viviendo y disfrutando de sus momentos, apoyándolo y guíandolo.No puedo evitar mirarlo y recordar mi juventud, todos dicen que guarda un gran parecido conmigo y siendo sincero me hace feliz porque el es un joven noble, de buen corazón.
God has given me the opportunity to enjoy the growth of my children, he inspires me to continue living, if I had been told in my youth that I would be a father at 50 and at 71 I would have a 12 year old son I would have laughed for sure, but life gives you surprises and today I am here living and enjoying his moments, supporting and guiding him, I can't help but look at him and remember my youth, everyone says he has a great resemblance to me and to be honest it makes me happy because he is a noble young man, with a good heart.
