Es el tema de esta publicación ya que mi pequeña Aura por fin a superado una etapa que le ha generado muchas lágrimas desde el primer día de su baño lavar su cabello ella es una de esas niñas (os) que siente miedo al lavarse el cabello y esto a sido una situación de locura y de mucha paciencia, sobre todo cuando me ha tocado salir empapada de la ducha.
It is the subject of this publication because my little Aura has finally overcome a stage that has generated many tears since the first day of her bath washing her hair she is one of those girls (boys) who fears to wash her hair and this has been a crazy situation and a lot of patience, especially when I have had to get out of the shower soaked.
Aunque Aura no a experimentado situaciones desagradables con el baño diario y lavado de cabeza, desde su primer día lloraba como si la estuviera matando por lo que el baño debía ser rápido para evitar ese llanto incontrolable y de pánico que ella expresaba, la verdad muchas veces lo pensaba para bañarla y lavar su cabello.
Although Aura has not experienced unpleasant situations with the daily bath and head washing, since her first day she cried as if it was killing her, so the bath had to be quick to avoid the uncontrollable and panic crying that she expressed, the truth is that many times she thought about it to bathe her and wash her hair.
El tiempo fue pasando y con ella las edades, pero Aura seguía renuente al lavado de cabello, ella tiene su cabello rizado y eso dificulta mucho más el proceso porque ese tipo de cabello necesita de mucha más agua para mojarlo y eso para ella era inaceptable.
Todo empeoro cuando comenzó a hablar los gritos en la ducha eran espeluznantes no quiero, déjame, no te quiero, siempre solía decirle "mi vida no grites, me van a enviar la policía pensado que te estoy matando en la ducha" jajaja, la verdad eran momentos de mucha tensión e incomodidad al ver como mi niña no disfrutaba del baño y lavado de cabello.
Time went by and with it the ages, but Aura was still reluctant to wash her hair, she has curly hair and that makes the process much more difficult because that type of hair needs much more water to wet it and that was unacceptable for her.
Everything got worse when she started talking the screams in the shower were creepy I don't want, leave me, I don't love you, I always used to tell her "my life don't scream, they will send me the police thinking that I am killing you in the shower " hahaha, the truth was moments of great tension and discomfort to see how my girl did not enjoy the bath and hair washing.
Viendo que los años transcurrían y todo seguía igual empezamos a probar diferentes trucos bañarme con ella, jugar a lavarnos el cabello dando instrucciones para el lavado, organizando los pasos hasta mojarle la cabeza desde lo más aceptable para ella hasta lo menos tolerable.
Seeing that the years went by and everything was still the same we started trying different tricks bathing with her, playing at washing our hair giving instructions for washing, organizing the steps to wet her head from the most acceptable to her to the least tolerable.
Aunque fueron muchos trucos e intentos frustrados, la mayor preocupación era lograr lavar bien el cabello, como ya les comente el tipo de cabello de Aura es rizado, abundante y rubio lo que complica más la situación ya que estos cabellos son muy quebradizos y necesitan mucha agua, champú y cremas hidratantes para poder lograr un cabello limpio desde la raíz.
Although there were many tricks and frustrated attempts, the biggest concern was to wash the hair well, as I already mentioned, Aura's hair type is curly, abundant and blonde which complicates the situation even more since these hairs are very brittle and need a lot of water, shampoo and moisturizers to achieve a clean hair from the root.
Aura nació sin pelo y progresivamente le fue creciendo su cabello rizado por parte, pero poco por lo que aún era fácil de lavar, pero cuando creció su cabellera, se convirtió en una tarea complicada, sobre todo por lo que este tipo de cabello implica y necesitaba lavar e hidratar bien su cabello el cual se enreda con facilidad y se quiebra.
Aura was born without hair and progressively grew her curly hair in part, but little so it was still easy to wash, but when her hair grew, it became a complicated task, especially for what this type of hair implies and she needed to wash and moisturize well her hair which tangles easily and breaks.
Para mediar esta situación recurrimos a muchos trucos e ideas como; visitar el salón de belleza infantil pero no lo logramos, hablar con sus maestras para planificar un día de lavado de cabello en la escuela, jugar a la peluquería con sus muñecas, pero nada funcionó, no había nada que impidiera a mi niña gritar, llorar y sentir mucho miedo al hablar de lavar su cabeza.
To mediate this situation we resorted to many tricks and ideas such as; visiting the children's beauty salon but failed, talking to her teachers to plan a hair washing day at school, playing hairdresser with her dolls, but nothing worked, there was nothing to stop my little girl from screaming, crying and feeling very afraid when talking about washing her head.
Gracias a Dios tengo unos aliados que me facilitan un poco más la vida durante este momento una línea de champús especiales para niños (as), amo estos productos sobre todo por que no pican en los ojos y más aún porque se adaptan a las necesidades del cabello de nuestros hijos y los cuales me atrevo a recomendar.

Este día después de muchos días de educar con paciencia y amor mi pequeña niña me pidió durante el baño que lavara su cabeza, aunque bajo sus reglas como; mantener la cabeza hacia arriba y cuidadosamente echar el agua en poca cantidad, fue un avance muy satisfactorio ya que no hubo llanto, lagrimas, miedo ni frustraciones, sino muchas risas y disfrute del lavado de cabello.
This day after many days of educating with patience and love my little girl asked me during bath time to wash her head, although under her rules such as; keep her head up and carefully pour the water in small amounts, it was a very satisfactory progress since there was no crying, tears, fear or frustrations, but lots of laughter and enjoyment of the hair washing.
Mi niña se negaba a lavar su cabello, era todo una odisea nada relajante ni para ella ni para mi, pero realizar esta acción contra su voluntad no era la mejor opción, la clave para superar estos miedos era ponerme en su lugar y creativamente con paciencia y amor lograr lavar su cabecita y dejar limpio su cabello.
My little girl refused to wash her hair, it was an odyssey that was not relaxing for her or for me, but doing this action against her will was not the best option, the key to overcome these fears was to put myself in her place and creatively with patience and love to wash her head and leave her hair clean.
A veces las soluciones más simples son las que funcionan mejor para todos, es importante recordar que los niños son muy perceptivos, por eso para ayudar a nuestra pequeña ha amar el agua estamos planificando unas actividades para empezar a construir asociaciones positivas y que se mantengan los avances.
Sometimes the simplest solutions are the ones that work best for everyone, it is important to remember that children are very perceptive, so to help our little one love water we are planning some activities to start building positive associations and keep the progress going.
Vida de mamá... hagamos de estas situaciones un momento propicio para aprender y evitemos que se convierta en una guerra de llanto y frustración, educar y fomentar hábitos con paciencia y amor.
