La escuela es fundamental en el desarrollo de nuestros hijos, yo trabajo en un Centro de Educación Inicial, allí atendemos niños desde los cero años hasta los seis, está Institución se fundó hace más de treinta años, su propietaria es mi mamá, allí todos compartimos aprendizajes con los niños, jugando, cantando, recortando, pegando, la cual permite que los niños interactúen en el aula, fortaleciendo el área socio emocional y colaborando en la independencia del infante.
The school is fundamental in the development of our children, I work in an Initial Education Center, there we serve children from zero to six years old, this Institution was founded more than thirty years ago, its owner is my mother, there we all share learning with children, playing, singing, cutting, pasting, which allows children to interact in the classroom, strengthening the socio-emotional area and collaborating in the infant's independence.
Nosotros trabajamos en conjunto con la familia, su rol es tan fundamental como el de nosotros, a lo largo del tiempo hemos vistos diferentes situaciones los cuales estoy dispuesta a compartir con ustedes, en este caso es el proceso de adaptación del niños en el preescolar, a veces los padres pensando en la protección de sus hijos quieren suprimir tan importante parte de la vida del niño y del proceso educativo.
We work together with the family, their role is as fundamental as ours, over time we have seen different situations which I am willing to share with you, in this case it is the adaptation process of children in preschool, sometimes parents thinking about the protection of their children want to suppress such an important part of the child's life and the educational process.
En la actualidad con el COVID, se suspendieron las clases presenciales con los niños en todos los niveles de educación, pero yo me enfoque es en mi área de trabajo, el nivel Inicial, desde que se decreto la pandemia quedaron nuestra aulas solas, y de una matrícula de 150 niños, quedaron cinco o seis niños, los cuales les hacíamos actividades en cuadernos viajeros, evidenciando adelanto en el manejo del lápiz y la lecto escritura, sin embargo los otros niños, en sus hogares no recibieron la misma atención educativa, en esos primeros años que son fundamentales ya que en ese tiempo se fija más rápido el aprendizaje, además que el encierro nos afecta a niños y también adultos, más cuando ellos interactúan socialmente en una salida al parque o a la escuela.
Currently with COVID, face-to-face classes with children at all levels of education were suspended, but I focus on my area of work, the Initial level, since the pandemic was decreed our classrooms were left alone, and an enrollment of 150 children, five or six children remained, and we did activities for them in travel notebooks, showing progress in pencil handling and reading and writing, however the other children, in their homes, did not receive the same educational attention, in those first years that are fundamental since at that time learning is set faster, in addition to the fact that confinement affects us children and also adults, more when they interact socially on an outing to the park or to school.
También que esto tiempo influyó en la economía de los padres y docentes, además de parte socio emocional, porque muchos padres no sabían cómo enfrentar las exigencias educativas desde el hogar, permitiendo que le dieran valor a su rol, pudiéndose colocar en su zapatos, entonces pudimos ver mezclas de sentimientos y emociones positivas y negativas que influyen directamente en cada uno de los niños y familia.
Also that this time influenced the economy of parents and teachers, in addition to the socio-emotional part, because many parents did not know how to face the educational demands from home, allowing them to give value to their role, being able to put themselves in their shoes, then We were able to see mixtures of positive and negative feelings and emotions that directly influence each of the children and family.
Cuando se inició con la incorporación de niños en los planteles alternando las semanas, fue un trabajo de difícil inicial una matriculación estudiantil ya que era bajo el interés de los padres de traerlos a la escuela nuevamente, pero los que si atendieron el llamado de inicio de clases, manifestaban que el niño necesitaba este tiempo en la escuela y las ellos mismos, porque volvían con una rutina escolar que ya se había perdido, además que la socialización era fundamental, ellos admiten que el cambio fue positivo y la matrícula ha ido en aumento, beneficiando no solo a los más pequeños de nuestro hogar, sino que activa el sistema económico, la escuela, docentes y trabajadores pueden cumplir sus funciones por un justo pago.
When the incorporation of children began in the schools alternating the weeks, it was a difficult job to start a student enrollment since it was in the interest of the parents to bring them to school again, but those who did heed the call to start classes, they stated that the child needed this time at school and they themselves, because they returned with a school routine that had already been lost, in addition that socialization was essential, they admit that the change was positive and enrollment has been increasing , benefiting not only the little ones in our home, but also activating the economic system, the school, teachers and workers can carry out their duties for a fair payment.
Reabrir nuestra escuela nuevamente,implicó una serie de requisitos y recaudos a solicitud de la Zona Educativa, pues estamos adscrito al Ministerio de Educación, dónde está la fumigación, desinfección, pintura, limpieza, además de las medidas de bioseguridad, todo pensando en el bienestar de los niños, ya que el confinamiento afecto en muchas áreas principalmente la afectiva, pedagógica y cognitiva, pero todo pasa para aportar una enseñanza y definitivamente nuestras vidas cambiaron antes y después del COVID.
Reopening our school again, implied a series of requirements and precautions at the request of the Educational Zone, since we are attached to the Ministry of Education, where is the fumigation, disinfection, painting, cleaning, in addition to biosecurity measures, all thinking about well-being of children, since confinement affected many areas, mainly affective, pedagogical and cognitive, but everything happens to teach and our lives definitely changed before and after COVID.
Ya para despedirme, no me quiero ir sin dejarle de reflexión que la escuela esa un eslabón fundamental en la vida de nuestros hijos, debemos valores a todos los que allí participan desde los porteros que toma un rol fundamental en la seguridad de nuestros hijos hasta los docentes que son los que día a día comparten con nuestros hijos para contribuir con la educación de los más pequeños en nuestro hogar.
