The time has come to pay tribute to dad because they deserve it too. I have always thought that the father figure is as important as that of mom. The love of a father's presence is vital in the development and education of children.
At my son's preschool they celebrated this special day last week and although I didn't attend first of all because I wanted Angel to focus on enjoying this activity with his dad and secondly because I have been a little sick, I was very happy to see all the pictures and see that there was a very good attendance of the dads.
The activity they planned to honor them was sporty, they played soccer, traditional games, they ran, they became a team in different competitions and they had an incredible time.
We, the moms, organized in advance to give them a little gift, we bought balloons, some chocolates and the necessary materials for the teachers to give them this surprise. But one of the most beautiful moments was when the children gave a medal to their parents. A well deserved medal, because they work hard and strive hard to be the breadwinner of the home in most cases, to guide them, advise them and even if the body is tired and the mind is full of worries, they are there to enjoy their children.
Both arrived home happy, they enjoyed the morning, as always this kind of activities leave a lot of satisfaction and teachings. My husband needed something like this, because he is always at home, in front of the computer, and this morning not only served to spend quality time with his son, but also to recreate and have a moment of relaxation that was undoubtedly special.
Children grow up and these memories will always be there to make us smile. That's why I couldn't help but share it on my blog and congratulate all the parents for all the commitment, dedication and love for their children and family.
Llegó el momento de homenajear a papá porque ellos también lo merecen. Siempre he pensado que la figura paterna es tan importante como la de mamá. El amor de un padre presente es vital en el desarrollo y en la educación de los niños.
En el preescolar de mi niño celebraron este día tan especial la semana pasada y aunque yo no asistí en primer lugar porque quería que Angel se enfocará a disfrutar esta actividad con su papá y en segundo lugar porque he estado un poco enferma, me sentí muy feliz al ver todas las fotos y ver que hubo una asistencia muy buena de los papitos.
La actividad que planificaron para homenajearlos fue deportiva, jugaron fútbol, juegos tradicionales, corrieron, se convirtieron en un equipo en distintas competencias y la pasaron increíble.
Con antelación las mamás, nos organizamos para darles un regalito, compramos globos, algunos chocolates y los materiales necesarios para que las profesoras le dieran esta sorpresa. Pero uno de los momentos más lindos fue el momento en que los niños le colocaron una medalla a sus papás. Una medalla bien merecida, porque ellos trabajan duro y se esfuerzan mucho para ser el sustento del hogar en la mayoría de los casos, para guiarlos, aconsejarlos y aunque el cuerpo esté cansado y la mente esté llena de preocupaciones, están ahí para disfrutar de sus hijos.
Ambos llegaron felices a casa, disfrutaron de la mañana, como siempre este tipo de actividades dejan mucha satisfacción y enseñanzas. A mi esposo le hacía falta algo así, pues siempre está en casa, al frente del computador, y esta mañana no solo sirvió para pasar tiempo de calidad con su hijo, sino también para recrearse y tener un momento de esparcimiento que sin duda fue especial.
Los niños crecen y estos recuerdos siempre estarán ahí para sacarnos una sonrisa. Por eso no podía dejar de compartirlo en mi blog y felicitar a todos los padres por todo el compromiso, la entrega y el amor por sus hijos y familia.
