El amor más grande y puro que he logrado sentir, me llama Mamá.
Ser mamá, me ha dado la oportunidad de conocer el amor de otra manera. Es un sentimiento totalmente distinto, es una forma distinta de amar. Un amor incondicional, en donde solo esperas ver feliz a esa personita que sigue tus pasos, es tan genuino que ni siquiera encuentro las palabras correctas para describirlo.
Y cómo no celebrar San Valentín, con esa personita que te inspira tanto, así que sin dudarlo, planeé una cita mamá e hijo y pasamos una tarde divertida y diferente recorriendo la ciudad. Esta vez, mi esposo, se quedó en casa, ha estado muy ocupado, pero seguro pronto se unirá de nuevo a nuestras aventuras.
Nos fuimos a uno de sus parques favoritos, que él llama el parque de los grandes. Lo bonito de este parque es que siempre hay algo nuevo por ver o descubrir, esta vez nos encontramos con la clásica pareja de Disney, Mickey y Minnie Mouse, estos personajes nos hicieron pasar un rato agradable, le hicieron bromas y preguntas a Angel, él estaba tímido pero al mismo tiempo emocionado por compartir con ellos.

Un poco más adelante, nos encontramos otro personaje muy peculiar: un gorila muy amigable y cómico, que invitó a mi hijo a pasear en su tren. ¿Dejarías a tu hijo, viajar en un tren cuyo chofer es un gorila? Yo no lo pensé dos veces, pero Angel sí tenía dudas. Finalmente, se decidió y dio un par de vueltas en el trencito. La verdad se divirtió mucho.

Disfrutamos de una tarde fresca y de un ambiente muy alegre. Cuando visitas sitios así rodeados de tantos niños, es difícil no contagiarse de su alegría. Aún queda parte de la decoración de Navidad y como no visitamos este lugar en ese momento, aprovechamos de tomarnos unas fotos.

Mi celular se descargó demasiado rápido, pero después de un rico helado, volvimos a casa y Angel llegó muy feliz contándole a su papá toda la experiencia. También le compré un juguete de regalo.
Este es el primer año, en que Angel es consciente de esta celebración, ya que en la escuela hicieron un intercambio de regalo y tarjetas. También compré chocolates para que él se los obsequiara a sus profesoras. Creo que esta fecha, dejando a un lado todo el marketing comercial que esta detrás de ella, es una buena oportunidad de enseñarles a los niños lo bien que se siente demostrar amor y afecto por nuestros seres queridos y amigos, también es una oportunidad para crear nuevas tradiciones familiares con los niños y disfrutar de momentos de calidad tan especiales que en el tiempo serán hermosos recuerdos.

Being a mom has given me the opportunity to know love in a different way. It is a totally different feeling, it is a different way of loving. An unconditional love, where you only hope to see that little person who follows in your footsteps happy, it is so genuine that I can't even find the right words to describe it.
And how not to celebrate Valentine's Day, with that little person who inspires you so much, so without hesitation, I planned a date with mom and son and we spent a fun and different afternoon touring the city. This time, my husband, stayed home, he has been very busy, but I'm sure he will soon join us again in our adventures.
We went to one of his favorite parks, which he calls the park of the greats. The nice thing about this park is that there is always something new to see or discover, this time we met the classic Disney couple, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, these characters made us have a nice time, they made jokes and asked Angel questions, he was shy but at the same time excited to share with them.

A little further on, we met another very peculiar character: a very friendly and comical gorilla, who invited my son to take a ride on his train. Would you let your son ride on a train whose driver is a gorilla? I didn't think twice, but Angel was hesitant. Finally, he made up his mind and took a couple of laps on the little train. He had a lot of fun.

We enjoyed a cool afternoon and a very cheerful atmosphere. When you visit places like this surrounded by so many children, it is difficult not to be infected by their joy. There is still part of the Christmas decorations and as we did not visit this place at that time, we took the opportunity to take some pictures.

My cell phone discharged too fast, but after a nice ice cream, we came home and Angel came home very happy telling her dad about the whole experience. I also bought him a toy as a gift.
This is the first year, that Angel is aware of this celebration, as the school did a gift and card exchange. I also bought chocolates for him to give to his teachers. I believe that this date, leaving aside all the commercial marketing behind it, is a good opportunity to teach children how good it feels to show love and affection for our loved ones and friends, it is also an opportunity to create new family traditions with the children and enjoy such special quality moments that in time will be beautiful memories.
