Mi esposa y yo teníamos ya casi 6 o 7 años de novios, donde siempre nos cuidamos pues nuestra meta siempre fue planificarnos para tener nuestro primer bebé, tanto fue así que mi esposa culminó sus estudios de ingeniería y mi persona también terminó sus estudios como técnico superior en agroalimentaria, todo el tiempo cumplimos las metas con mucho esfuerzo; disfrutamos de viajar e ir a la playa visitar ciudades en fin de todo un poco, hasta que decidimos casarnos.
My wife and I had been dating for almost 6 or 7 years, where we always took care of each other because our goal was always to plan to have our first baby, so much so that my wife finished her engineering studies and I also finished my studies as an agro-food technician, all the time we met our goals with great effort; we enjoyed traveling and going to the beach, visiting cities, in short, a little bit of everything, until we decided to get married.
Ya casados empezamos a buscar el bebé, pero luego de que mi esposa se cuidara por tantos años, se habían creado unos quistes en los ovarios que a la final hacia muy complicado tener nuestro primer hijo o hija, seguimos intentando durante meses sin ningún resultado y de verdad que el deseo de consolidar la familia se hacia muy cuesta arriba, pues llegaron los momentos de desesperación, depresión y un sin fin de sentimientos que en realidad no quisiera que nadie pasara por ellos, pues el solo ver como te van pasando los años y el reloj biológico de tu pareja se agota para tener bebés es muy estresante para ambos.
Already married we started looking for a baby, but after my wife took care of herself for so many years, she had created some cysts in her ovaries that in the end made it very complicated to have our first son or daughter, we kept trying for months without any result and really the desire to consolidate the family became very difficult, Then came the moments of despair, depression and endless feelings that I really would not want anyone to go through them, because just seeing how the years go by and the biological clock of your partner is running out to have babies is very stressful for both.
Así que decidimos ir a un lugar el cual es una clínica acá en la ciudad llamado Fertilab, un lugar donde están unos expertos que hacen tratamientos de fertilización de los óvulos y estudios que en realidad eran demasiado caros, aún recuerdo esos días en los cuales llegué a ese lugar por que en realidad la presión que teníamos encima por parte de mi suegro era muy grande, cosas que aveces se salen de las manos por inexperiencia y de no saber como sobrellevar un problema de esta magnitud.
Lo más curioso de esto fue que luego de la visita a ese centro médico salimos muy esperanzados con la fe puesta en dios de que ahora si íbamos a tener un bebé, lo curioso de esto es que no fuimos más a ese centro clínico sino que mi esposa empezó a tomar uno que otro remedio natural para limpiar los ovarios, fue tanto así que conversando en la intimidad cerramos los ojos y decidimos que dios tuviera el control de las cosas sin apuros y que esto se manifestara en cualquier momento.
So we decided to go to a place which is a clinic here in the city called Fertilab, a place where there are some experts who do fertilization treatments of eggs and studies that were actually too expensive, I still remember those days in which I came to that place because the pressure we had on us by my father in law was really big, things that sometimes get out of hand by inexperience and not knowing how to cope with a problem of this magnitude. The most curious thing about this was that after the visit to that medical center we left very hopeful with faith in God that now if we were going to have a baby, the curious thing about this is that we did not go more to that clinic but my wife began to take one or another natural remedy to clean the ovaries, it was so much so that talking in privacy we closed our eyes and decided that God had control of things without haste and that this would manifest itself at any time.
Pasaron nuevamente muchos meses luego de esa conversación, un día estaba cocinando y se me fue la mano con el picante en la comida que estaba preparando en mi casa, bueno no era nuestra casa sino un anexo donde vivíamos para aquel entonces, así que luego de hacer esta comida mi esposa empezó a presentar malestar estomacal muy fuerte y tenía gases de una manera loca en realidad, estábamos muy asustados ya que toda la noche y parte de la mañana del otro día seguía igual, compramos pastillas para tratar los gases y una bebida para eliminar los gases también y nada, el resultado era igual no paraba de eructar no fue hasta el otro día que decidimos ir al gastroenterólogo.
Una consulta que para aquel entonces tenía un aproximado de 30$ dólares, así que atendieron a mi esposa ese día y estando ella acostada haciéndole su eco abdominal el doctor nos dice estas palabras y con cara de asombro ¡hay un bebé! y nosotros ¿cómo? un bebé no puede ser, y el doctor dijo nuevamente hay un bebé, lo cual para nosotros fue una noticia que por lo menos yo quedé en shock jajajaj (risas) y quien iba a pensar esa locura de enterarnos de esta manera.
Many months passed again after that conversation, one day I was cooking and I went overboard with the spicy food I was preparing in my house, well it was not our house but an annex where we lived at that time, so after making this meal my wife began to present very strong stomach discomfort and had gas in a crazy way actually, we were very scared because all night and part of the morning the other day was still the same, We bought pills to treat the gas and a drink to eliminate the gas also and nothing, the result was the same, she did not stop burping, it was not until the other day that we decided to go to the gastroenterologist, a consultation that at that time had an approximate cost of 30$ dollars, so they attended my wife that day and while she was lying down doing her abdominal echo the doctor tells us these words and with an astonished face, "there is a baby! and we how? a baby can not be, and the doctor said again there is a baby, which for us was news that at least I was in shock hahahahah (laughs) and who would have thought that crazy to find out this way.
El doctor nos colocó aún lo recuerdo en el eco hola soy su bebé, por allí debo tener ese recuerdo guardado pues fue la primera ves que vi a mi hija, una imagen muy rara y confusa pero recuerdo que dije aquel día ella es hermosa la amo desde ese primer día, esto fue una sorpresa enorme pues luego de habernos calmado hace meses atrás y dejar todo en manos de dios y que se hiciera su voluntad mi esposa quedo embarazada, siendo este un embarazo planificado y a la ves sorpresa toda una locura de felicidad y júbilo pues al fin tendríamos nuestra hija anhelada por mucho tiempo.
The doctor placed us still remember in the echo hello I am your baby, I must have that memory saved because it was the first time I saw my daughter, a very rare and confusing image but I remember I said that day she is beautiful I love her from that first day, this was a huge surprise because after having calmed down months ago and leave everything in God's hands and that his will was done my wife became pregnant, this being a planned pregnancy and at the same time surprise all a madness of happiness and joy because at last we would have our daughter longed for a long time.
No les niego que estoy escribiendo y recordando cada momento de esos como si fueran ayer, pues ya mi hija tiene tres años y es la fotocopia mía, es un regalo de la vida el cual aprecio con el alma y todo mi corazón, y pues así fue como me enteré que sería padre mis queridos Hivers de esta comunidad jajaja (risas) en un gastroenterólogo que loco no, pero no pudo haber sido mejor esa noticia ya que la vida es así una caja de sorpresas las cual nosotros debemos ser pacientes y siempre estar con la mejor actitud pues la vida se encarga de premiarte en cualquier momento, así que ya saben si tu pareja tiene gases hay puede ser un bebé jajajaj mentira, deben ir al gastro no inventen nada, bueno mi querida comunidad fue un placer conversar con ustedes y hablarle de este tema el cual plantearon en una de los retos semanales de #vidadepapa.
