Un año de Crecimiento Retos, Alegrías y Grandes Momentos [ESP-ENG]

Hola, queridos amigos de Hive account@motherhood. Hoy paso por aquí para saludarlos y desearles tengan un maravilloso fin de semana en compañía de sus seres más queridos. Por este lado, estamos bien, gracias a Dios, disfrutando cada momento con alegría y gratitud.

Hace un año, lleno de nostalgia mi hijo cerró un capítulo en su vida, dejó atrás el béisbol, un deporte que lo acompañó durante aproximadamente 10 años, que le enseñó disciplina, esfuerzo y el valor de la competencia. La pandemia lo alejó un tiempo de los campos y cuando regresó, le costó ponerse al ritmo de quienes nunca dejaron de jugar. Pero él nunca bajó los brazos, luchó durante tres años más, hasta que, un día, sintió que su corazón lo llevaba hacia otro camino, el atletismo.

Hoy, un año después, puedo decir con orgullo que encontró su verdadera pasión. En tan solo un año de entrenamiento, ha participado en muchas competencias, ha viajado dos veces representando al estado, alcanzando el cuarto lugar estadal en velocidad. Y su camino sigue avanzando, en junio participará en una copa en el estado Anzoátegui y recientemente fue seleccionado para representar al estado en el nacional de relevos en el estado Monagas, aefectuarse el próximo mes de julio. Cada logro, cada competencia, cada nuevo desafío ha sido motivo de felicidad para él, porque no solo ha encontrado un deporte, sino un sueño que lo impulsa a seguir creciendo.

Como madre que lo he acompañado en cada etapa, en cada desafio, puedo decir que encontró su verdadera pasión en cada zancada y cada meta que cruza.

Aquel último partido de béisbol, aunque terminó en derrota, jamás fue un fracaso. Salimos del estadio con la frente en alto, porque en el deporte, como en la vida, se lucha hasta el último momento. Y de ahí, nos fuimos a celebrar la perseverancia con unas empanadas en la playa, porque cada esfuerzo merece su recompensa.

Como padres, siempre lo hemos apoyado, porque sabemos que lo importante no es lo que nosotros queremos, sino donde él realmente se sienta feliz. El béisbol le dio muchas experiencias hermosas, pero hoy, el atletismo es el nuevo sueño que corre en su corazón.

Amigos aqui seguimos, creciendo juntos, apoyando a nuestros hijos en el camino que ellos eligen, con el corazón lleno de amor y orgullo y siempre adelante.

Hello, dear friends of Hive account@motherhood. I'm stopping by today to greet you and wish you a wonderful weekend in the company of your loved ones. On this side, we're doing well, thank God, enjoying every moment with joy and gratitude.

A year ago, filled with nostalgia, my son closed a chapter in his life. He left baseball behind, a sport that had accompanied him for approximately 10 years, one that taught him discipline, effort, and the value of competition. The pandemic kept him away from the fields for a while, and when he returned, he struggled to keep up with those who never stopped playing. But he never gave up, fighting for three more years, until one day, he felt his heart leading him toward another path: athletics.

Today, a year later, I can proudly say he's found his true passion. In just one year of training, he's participated in many competitions, traveled twice representing the state, and placed fourth in the state in sprinting. And his path continues to advance. In June, he'll participate in a championship in the state of Anzoátegui and was recently selected to represent the state in the national relay championship in Monagas, to be held next July. Every achievement, every competition, every new challenge has been a source of joy for him, because he's not only found a sport, but a dream that drives him to continue growing.

As a mother who has been with him through every stage, through every challenge, I can say that he has found his true passion with every step and every goal he crosses.

That last baseball game, even though it ended in defeat, was never a failure. We left the stadium with our heads held high, because in sports, as in life, we fight until the very end. And from there, we went to celebrate perseverance with empanadas on the beach, because every effort deserves its reward.

As parents, we've always supported him because we know that what's important isn't what we want, but where he truly feels happy. Baseball gave him many wonderful experiences, but today, athletics is the new dream that runs in his heart.

Friends, we're still here, growing together, supporting our children on the path they choose, with hearts full of love and pride, and always moving forward.
