Saludos mamis y papis de Hive que me leen hoy, deseo estén super bien llenos de mucha salud y energía bonita.
Hoy me uno al reto de esta semana en esta grandiosa comunidad, pues quiero compartir un poco sobre mi experiencia tanto como docente y como mamá. Camila esta iniciando en el mundo de la lectura a sus casi 5 años (los cumple la próxima semana) va muy acorde a su forma de aprender y edad, identifica las vocales y la mayoría del alfabeto, como ya reconoce la mayoría de las letras comencé a unir silabas con ella y actualmente vamos por ta, te, ti, to, tu.
Ahora bien, aquellas mamis que están pasando por esta increíble etapa lo primero que debemos hacer es tener expectativas claras en cuanto a ritmo de aprendizaje de nuestro hijos, no todos los niños aprenden de la misma forma, unos aprenden cantando, otros escribiendo, otros memorizando y otros de forma visual. Es muy importante reconocer la forma en la que nuestro hijo aprende mas sencillo.
Debemos tener paciencia y no saturarlos de información a veces creemos que nuestros hijos son robots que una vez aprenden algo ya pueden realizar muchas tareas mas, no, lo primordial es que reconozca todas las vocales, no solo que las mencione debe reconocerlas a simple vista, luego seguimos con el alfabeto por el medio que se les haga mas sencillo, una vez reconozca TODAS las vocales y consonantes, también escritas. incorporamos las silabas iniciando desde la mas sencilla como ma, me, mi, mo ,mu.
Desde mi experiencia personal y profesional puedo decir que una vez el niño o niña reconozca bien el alfabeto las silabas se harán mas sencillas. Por esa razón es muy importante no saltarnos pasos e iniciar de entrada con silabas esto hace que el niño se sienta confundido y frustrado al momento de no reconocer alguna letra.
Seamos creativas cantemos canciones de las vocales o alfabeto, bailemos con nuestros niños, tengamos un espacio especial y diferente de modo que nuestros niños sepan que aprender a leer también es divertido. Dejemos a un lado esos métodos clásicos en el que nuestros padres, maestros o abuelos nos enseñaron a nosotros y hagamos este espacio un momento único con nuestros niños.
Espero les sirva algunos de estas tips, son super básicos pero a veces olvidamos que nuestros hijos aprenden de diferentes formas, nos podemos llegar a frustrar con este tema sin embargo mamá y papá tengan mucha paciencia y vayan al ritmo de su niño o niña, jamás los comparen y mucho menos usemos palabras que los hagan sentir mal.

Today I am joining this week's challenge in this great community, because I want to share a little bit about my experience both as a teacher and as a mum. Camila is starting in the world of reading at almost 5 years old (her birthday will be next week), she identifies the vowels and most of the alphabet, as she already recognizes most of the letters I started to join syllables with her and currently we are going for ta, te, ti, to, tu, and so on.
Now, for those mums who are going through this incredible stage, the first thing we must do is to have clear expectations regarding our children's learning pace, not all children learn in the same way, some learn by singing, others by writing, others by memorising and others visually. It is very important to recognise the way in which our child learns most easily.
We must be patient and not saturate them with information, sometimes we believe that our children are robots that once they learn something they can do many more tasks, no, the most important thing is that they recognise all the vowels, not only that they mention them, they must recognise them with the naked eye, then we continue with the alphabet by the means that is easiest for them, once they recognise ALL the vowels and consonants, also written, we incorporate the syllables starting with the simplest ones such as ma, me, mi, mo, mu.
From my personal and professional experience I can say that once the child recognises the alphabet well, the syllables will become easier. For that reason it is very important not to skip steps and start with syllables, this makes the child feel confused and frustrated when he or she does not recognise a letter.
Let's be creative, let's sing vowel or alphabet songs, let's dance with our children, let's have a special and different space so that our children know that learning to read is also fun. Let's leave aside those classic methods in which our parents, teachers or grandparents taught us and let's make this space a unique moment with our children.
I hope you find some of these tips useful, they are super basic but sometimes we forget that our children learn in different ways, we can get frustrated with this issue but mum and dad have a lot of patience and go at the pace of your child, never compare them and much less use words that make them feel bad.
