Como las dos niñas iban a grados o niveles diferentes los cursos se programaron en horarios diferentes; primero le tocó el turno a Viviana entre los días 6 y 10 de la semana pasada aprobando satisfactoriamente el curso y ya es oficialmente estudiante de los Niños Cantores de Villa de Cura.
A week ago my older daughter's sister Natalia auditioned in the educational facilities of one of the most important schools for the formation of musicians and singers in the State of Aragua, "Los Niños Cantores de Villa de Cura". Viviana, who is only 9 years old, entered the group of aspirants to study the fourth grade of elementary education in this institution, first they attended a pre-audition and once they passed this stage where they evaluated their vocal intonation and musical ear, they were summoned to take a course in the coming days in order to choose those who really had the minimum conditions to study under the profile of the school.
As the two girls were going to different grades or levels, the courses were scheduled at different times; first it was Viviana's turn between the 6th and 10th of last week, she passed the course satisfactorily and is now officially a student of the Niños Cantores de Villa de Cura.

Audiciones para cursar el 5to. grado
Corresponden desde el lunes 13 hasta el viernes 17 de junio, allí es donde está Natalia con el mismo entusiasmo, ganas y preparación que tuvo su hermana para tener las aspiraciones una vez este próximo lunes 20 la directiva de la institución publique en el portal web o a través de las redes sociales los resultados con la lista de admitidos para cursar el 5to. grado el próximo año escolar 2022 - 23.
Es de hacer resaltar que hay aproximadamente 39 estudiantes en el curso preparatorio donde solamente quedarán 20 al final ya que esta es la disponibilidad de cupos libres que tiene la escuela para iniciar las clases en este grado a partir de septiembre.

Auditions for the 5th grade

Futuros músicos de nuestra ciudad!
Dicen que hijo de gato caza ratón, una frase utilizada en Venezuela su padre no es un músico profesional pero hace las labores educando a través de este blog y su canal de YOUtube la enseñanza del instrumento típico de Venezuela llamado cuatro por el número de cuerdas que este posee y que es utilizado en la interpretación de la música folclórica de nuestro país. Su madre Yusmi, es una cantante aficionada que sube sus canciones e interpretaciones a esta plataforma y a su canal de Youtube y a la que le debemos a través de su esfuerzo, tiempo y dedicación el triunfo que alcanzara su hermana la semana pasada.
La institución a través del profe Felix y el Padre Salvador Rodrigo Director de la institución asignó a cada aspirante el aprendizaje y practica de 5 canciones las cuales los niños deben memorizar para cantarlas durante las evaluaciones, la escala musical Do-Re-Mi FA-Sol-La y Si además de canciones nuevas forman parte de las pruebas que deben superar los aspirantes durante este lapso. La disciplina y la asistencia también serán evaluadas.

Independientemente cuales sea el resultado este próximo lunes Natalia y Yo hemos compartido más entre padre e hija durante estos días más que en las últimas semanas puesto me ha correspondido a mi al igual que a su hermana acompañarlas todos los días entre las 3:00 pm y 4:00 pm horario que establecieron los directivos del plantel para el curso de las audiciones.
En la ciudad existen muchas instituciones escolares pero pocas ninguna con la historia y perfil académico musical que tiene esta. Esperanzados y con fe que Natalia al igual que su hermana serán estudiantes de esta prestigiosa institución educativa que ha formado y forma en la actualidad los mejores músicos y cantantes no solo de Aragua sino de toda Venezuela. Regardless of the outcome this coming Monday Natalia and I have shared more between father and daughter during these days than in recent weeks since it has fallen to me and her sister to accompany them every day between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm schedule established by the directors of the school for the course of auditions.
In the city there are many schools but few with the history and musical academic profile that this one has. Hopefully and with faith that Natalia as well as her sister will be students of this prestigious educational institution that has formed and currently forms the best musicians and singers not only of Aragua but of all Venezuela.
