Hello to all the loving parents of this wonderful community . How are you all doing? I hope you're all healthy and safe to spend more time with your family and loved ones.
Today I want to share with you another milestone of my baby boy Yusef. He is now 6 months old today. We are all happy and we feel blessed for having him in our lives.
And as he is growing, he also have some developments as an infant. He is very observant. I also notices his eyes lingers on me everytime I eat. Since he also keeps on salivating, I thought may be he can have something to eat too.
So I bought him a baby food. It's called Gerber. I don't know if you're familiar with this product. I knew about it from my mother-in-law. This is the same first baby food I gave her elder sister back then.
When I had something to do in the town proper, I made time to find this baby food. Luckily there were stocks if it in a pharmacy. I took a banana flavored Gerber. I was thinking that would be better so if he transitions to solid foods he won't get too surprised with the taste. Because my father have a small farm with bananas it would be
easier to feed him with it soon because he is already familiar with the taste from the Gerber.
At first, he was a bit resistant. Which is normal because it's new to him. After about two times of feeding him he came to appreciate the taste. After a day he can almost finish 1 bottle a day, haha.
Look how big he opens his mouth so eager to have the spoon in his mouth immediately when he sees it, haha. I find this face of him adorable and just so cute.
This is one of the times I feel so fulfilled having my children. Motherhood can be tiring at times, specially for a working mom like me. But when I see their happy faces, excitement in their eyes and every other emotions there is I felt alive and complete.
I am excited to the coming days and the milestones that my son Yusef can do. What's for sure is my love and support for him and to her sister Yashfeen in every step of the way.
That's all for today. Thanks for reading this far. Til my next post!
