Hello to all the loving parents in this wonderful community . How are you all doing? I hope you and your children with your whole family are doing well and safe. Hope you are able to accomplish all the things you have set to do today.
It's been long since my last post her in hive. Been busy with school works and some seminars during the week. We had block reading validation at school and had to conduct some assessments to my students prior to the scheduled validation.
Despite so many things going on, being a parent, a mother at that doesn't stop of course. I think I have come to master juggling school work and being a present mother at the same time. Since my daughter, Yashfeen's school is just near our school I fetch her every after her class.
It's just a walking distance and her class usually finishes during our recess time. And last Tuesday was an extra special day for her. Her teacher gave them their outputs from their previous activities. When I looked at it, everything had a very good and good job marks.
She's so proud while showing me her works. She said her teacher told her that her outputs should be placed on the walls of her room. I hugged her and took a photo of us because she loves it when we have a photo together.
To make her more motivated to do better in school, I gave her a bottle of Yakult. I don't know if you're familiar with this drink. But it's a a probiotic milk drink. I love this product as it's good for the tummy. As it's tagline says "Yakult, everyday Ok!". Since it's probiotic I think it's good for my daughter.
It's just a little treat for her but she's really happy when I gave it to her. She looks a little shy at first but I know she loves it. This is her usual request for a snack whenever I take her to the store to buy her weekly stock of snacks.
She said 'thank you'which melted my heart. I felt how grateful she is. And I'm not sure if she really feels how proud I am for her little achievements. I hope she does feel it. It's this little things that makes motherhood for me so precious.
That's all for today. Thanks for reading this far. Til my next post!
