En este sentido quiero decir que escribir este post me lleva a recordar el momento del nacimiento de mi hija, en aquel momento recuerdo lo nervioso que estaba, y que trate de vestir bien para esa ocasión especial, el nacimiento fue por cesárea así que tuve tiempo de hacerlo
In this sense I want to say that writing this post takes me to remember the moment of the birth of my daughter, at that moment I remember how nervous I was, and that I tried to dress well for that special occasion, the birth was by c-section so I had time to do it.
Lo primero que me preocupó fue el poder cargar a una pequeña tan frágil como es alguien que está recién llegado a este mundo. Y los primeros días de tener un bebé no son nada fáciles, en mi caso siempre estuve al lado de mi esposa en esos momentos, por lo que compartimos esas experiencias, de la falta de sueño, tratando de llevar el ritmo con la nueva integrante de la familia.
The first thing that worried me was to be able to carry a little one as fragile as someone who is newly arrived in this world. And the first days of having a baby are not easy at all, in my case I was always by my wife's side in those moments, so we shared those experiences, the lack of sleep, trying to keep up with the new member of the family.
Si me piden consejos para lo que respecta a un nuevo bebé les diría que una opción muy importante que ha ayudado a la buena salud de mi hija ha sido el poder darle leche materna, en realidad, mi pequeña estuvo en lactancia exclusiva en en sus primeros meses de vida.
If you ask me for advice regarding a new baby, I would tell you that a very important option that has helped the good health of my daughter has been to give her breast milk, in fact, my little one was exclusively breastfed in her first months of life.
Otro consejo que aprendí a las malas es al momento de que el bebe se despierte en las noches, yo en lo particular, cuando me despertaban los llantos de la bebe al principio encendía la luz del cuarto, mientras ella comía, en las noches, esto, la dejaba despierta, y aunque al pasearla dentro de la casa se dormía, al poco tiempo aprendí que es mejor tener una luz tenue y baja en al cuarto para esos momentos, de tal manera que el bebe no se despierte y se acostumbre a dormir luego.
Another tip I learned the hard way is when the baby wakes up at night, I in particular, when the baby's cries woke me up at first I turned on the light in the room, while she ate, at night, this left her awake, and although when walking her inside the house she fell asleep, after a while I learned that it is better to have a dim and low light in the room for those moments, so that the baby does not wake up and gets used to sleep later.
Es muy importante sacar los gases al bebe, esto puede ser un proceso lento, y requiere de cierta paciencia, sobre todo para nosotros los padres pero asegurarse de esto es muy importante, por lo que es un must en estos primeros días.
It is very important to get the baby's gas out, this can be a slow process, and requires some patience, especially for us parents, but making sure this is done is very important, so it is a must in these early days.
Claro las madres de nuestra comunidad pueden proporcionar muchos consejos relacionados a este tema, pero quise proporcionar mi visión de padre primerizo a este tema.
Of course the mothers in our community can provide many tips related to this topic, but I wanted to provide my vision as a new parent to this topic.
