Greetings, my dear and respected friends at Hive, especially my colleagues in the Hive account@motherhood community. Posting here is definitely one of the things I enjoy most when creating original content. One of the most valued aspects of creation is originality, meaning that you should not take credit for content that is not yours. Thank God my inspiration is always active, since talking about my family is one of the most enjoyable things in the world, especially when my grandchildren are the protagonists. Many of you already know that I have two biological grandsons, meaning they carry my DNA in their blood, but I also have a granddaughter who came into our lives and is being raised alongside my grandsons. In conclusion, I have three beautiful grandchildren. These little ones have come to bring greater joy and inspiration to my life. The downside of this story is the physical distance between them and me, something that, thanks to technology, we have been able to cope with in the best possible way. My daughter and my grandchildren have been living in Chile for several years, specifically in a city called La Serena, very close to the coastal city of Viña del Mar.

Being in a country other than your country of origin means different traditions and a completely different culture. In Venezuela, as a Caribbean country, we are used to doing things differently. In Chile, things are quite similar to its neighbour, Argentina, with traditions close to those of Europe. In recent days, this beautiful nation in the south of the American continent has been celebrating its national holidays, and that is why today I am sharing these photographs with you. Different educational institutions are celebrating and carrying out various activities that highlight the cultural values and identity of Chileans. To say that I have not felt a sense of nostalgia would be to lie to you, as seeing my grandchildren adopting these traditions that are so different from those of Venezuela is not easy. but I am also proud that my children feel love and respect for the flag of the country that opened its doors to them and where they are being educated for a better future.

Between yesterday and today, Dylan, Ian and Lya have been able to dance, wear their traditional costumes and perform as the heroes of this country, something that helps them find themselves and form a cultural identity, which will be fundamental in their adult lives. They have also interacted much more, as they meet children from other institutions, which undoubtedly leads them to make new friends and enrich themselves with the broad culture of our Chilean brothers and sisters. I would have liked to share more photos with you, but these are the images that my daughter managed to capture and the ones I consider to be of the best quality. I hope you like them and enjoy this beautiful work I have done for all of you. We will see you in a future post.

Saludos, mis estimados y respetados amigos de Hive, especialmente a los compañeros de la comunidad de Hive account@motherhood, definitivamente publicar en este lugar es de las cosas que más me gustan a la hora de crear contenido original, una de las cosas que más se valoran a la hora de crear, es la originalidad, es decir que no te lleves los créditos por algún contenido que no sea tuyo, gracias a Dios mi inspiración siempre está activa, ya que hablar de mi familia es de las cosas más agradables que existen en el mundo, sobre todo cuando son mis nietos los protagonistas, ya muchos saben que tengo dos nietos de sangre, es decir biológicamente llevan mi ADN en su sangre, pero también tengo una nieta que llegó a nuestras vidas y que se está criando junto con mis nietos varones, en conclusión tengo tres hermosos nietos, estos pequeños han llegado para darle mayor alegría e inspiración a mi vida, lo malo de esta historia es la distancia física que hay entre ellos y yo, algo que gracias a la tecnología hemos podido sobrellevar de la mejor manera posible, mi hija y mis nietos están viviendo desde hace varios años en Chile, específicamente en una ciudad llamada la Serena, muy cerca de la ciudad costera de Viña del Mar.

Estar en otras tierras diferentes a tu país de origen, es sinónimo de otras tradiciones, de una cultura completamente diferente, en Venezuela por ser un país Caribeño acostumbramos a realizar otras cosas, en Chile las cosas son bastante parecidas a su vecino, es decir, Argentina, tienen tradiciones cercanas a las europeas, en los últimos días se están viviendo días de celebraciones patria en esta hermosa nación del Sur del continente Americano, y por eso hoy les comparto estas fotografías, en las diferentes instituciones educativas se están celebrando y realizando diferentes actividades que resaltan los valores culturales y la identidad de los Chilenos, decirles que no he sentido algo de nostalgia, sería mentirles, ya que ver que mis nietos están adoptando estas tradiciones tan diferentes a las de Venezuela, no es sencillo, pero también me siento orgulloso de que mis niños sientan amor y respeto por la bandera del país que les abrió las puertas y en donde se están formando para un mejor porvenir.

Entre el día de ayer y el de hoy, Dylan. Ian y Lya, han podido bailar, ponerse sus trajes tradicionales y hacer representaciones de los próceres de este país, algo que los ayuda a encontrarse y formar una identidad cultural, algo que será fundamental en su vida como adultos, también han interactuado mucho más, ya que se encuentran con niños de otras instituciones y eso sin lugar a dudas los lleva a crear nuevas amistades y a enriquecerse de esta amplia cultura de los nuestros hermanos chilenos, hubiese querido el poder compartirles más fotos, pero estas las imágenes que mi hija logró captar y las que considero que tienen mejor calidad, espero que les gusten y disfruten de este hermoso trabajo que he hecho para todos ustedes, nos leeremos en una próxima publicación.
