Este colegio es muy respetuosos de las tradiciones, y siempre hacen algún acto para conmemorar estas fechas, por lo que se preparó el tradicional baile de la subida y bajada de la Cruz, contando con la participación de los estudiantes de diferentes grados, así como del personal docente de la institución, se invitó a un grupo musical para amenizar dicho acto, los cuales se encargaron de entretener al público con diferentes canciones alegóricas a la ocasión.
This school is very respectful of the traditions, and always make some act to commemorate these dates, so the traditional dance of the rise and fall of the Cross was prepared, with the participation of students from different grades, as well as the teaching staff of the institution, a musical group was invited to liven up the event, which were responsible for entertaining the audience with different songs allegorical to the occasion.
Los padres fuimos invitados a este acto, al cual asistí con mucho gusto, ya que disfruto viendo los eventos culturales, que usualmente se hacen en la institución, y si acompañar a mis hijos en sus actividades extracurriculares. El acto inició a las 9:30 am, con las palabras de bienvenida de la Coordinadora del preescolar, donde le narro a los niños el origen de la celebración de la Cruz de Mayo, ella decía que tuvo su inicio durante el proceso de evangelización de los españoles con los indios, que los Españoles al desconocer la Lengua de los indígenas, se valían de la figura de la Cruz para dar su enseñanza religiosa, luego se habló sobre el Aniversario del Colegio y su historia, y así se dio inicio al baile cultural donde en parejas iban bailando la Cruz hasta llevarla al Altar, y se turnaban las parejas para la subida de la Cruz.
The parents were invited to this event, which I attended with great pleasure, since I enjoy watching the cultural events that are usually held at the institution, and to accompany my children in their extracurricular activities. The event began at 9: 30 am ,with the words of welcome from the preschool coordinator, where she told the children the origin of the celebration of the Cross of May, she said that it began during the process of evangelization of the Spanish with the Indians, that the Spaniards did not know the language of the Indians, Then they talked about the Anniversary of the School and its history, and so began the cultural dance where in pairs they danced the Cross until they took it to the Altar, and the couples took turns to raise the Cross.
El altar estaba decorado muy bonito con muchas flores y velas, así como también una ofrenda frutal, se dispuso en la parte de abajo del altar, piñas, naranjas, mandarinas y cambures; las cuales representaban la alegría y el agradecimiento a la Madre Tierra. Los niños bailaron muy bien, se pudo observar el buen comportamiento de los niños que estaban viendo el acto, el ambiente era de mucha alegría, el grupo musical canto varias canciones, luego vino la bajada de la Cruz, la cual fueron por parejas turnándose nuevamente para bajarla.
The altar was beautifully decorated with many flowers and candles, as well as a fruit offering, pineapples, oranges, tangerines and bananas; which represented the joy and gratitude to Mother Earth. The children danced very well, it is worth mentioned the good behavior of the students, who were watching the act, the atmosphere was of great joy, the musical group sang several songs, then came the descent of the Cross, which were in pairs taking turns again to lower it.
Se finalizó el acto con las palabras de agradecimiento de la Directora del plantel, por nuestra asistencia y colaboración; seguidamente le cantamos el cumpleaños feliz al Colegio con una torta que se colocó en medio del escenario, adicionalmente cada grupo por sección tenía una torta en el salón para un pequeño compartir entre ellos con su maestra. Me sentí muy agradada asistir esa mañana a este acto, tuve la oportunidad de hablar con las maestras de mis hijos, informarme cómo iban académicamente en este último lapso, las cuales me indicaron que mis hijos iban muy bien gracias a Dios, me felicitaron porque hasta los momentos ellos habían cumplido a cabalidad con las asignaciones, y también mostraban un buen comportamiento; pude socializar con las mamás de los compañeritos de mis hijos, y conversar sobre la fiesta de despedida que le pensamos hacer al culminar el año escolar, ya que se lo merecen por ser un grupo muy disciplinado y unido.
Me despido de ustedes, invitándolos a participar y colaborar activamente en las actividades escolares de sus hijos, así como a estar en contacto con sus maestros, puesto que es importante el apoyo del representante a lo largo del año escolar. Hasta una nueva oportunidad.
The ceremony ended with the words of thanks from the Director of the school for our assistance and collaboration, and then we sang happy birthday to the school with a cake that was placed in the middle of the stage, additionally each group by section had a cake in the classroom for a small sharing among them with their teacher. I was very pleased to attend this event that morning, I had the opportunity to talk to my children's teachers, inform me how they were doing academically in this last lapse, which indicated that my children were doing very well thank God, they congratulated me because so far they had fully complied with the assignments, and also showed good behavior; I was able to socialize with the mothers of my children's classmates, and talk about the farewell party that we plan to have at the end of the school year, since they deserve it for being a very disciplined and united group.
