As is customary and part of the law in my country, the identity document is issued from the age of 9. In the case of my youngest daughter, it was delayed for a year due to various problems, but after a somewhat traumatic struggle but with a lot of effort. we did it.

Como es costumbre y parte de la ley en mi país el documento de identidad se saca a partir de los 9 años, en el caso de mi hija menor se retrasó un año por diversos problemas pero luego de una lucha un poco traumatica pero con mucho empeño lo logramos.
This process is changed very often, in the first months of 2022 it was done through sessions in schools, when I arrived at the school where my daughter studies, I did not have time to renew her birth certificate since this is another complication than the birth certificate. Birth certificate must be renewed from time to time.
My daughter was very sad since the vast majority of her classmates attended this day and she could not attend. I told her that we would have to wait for the next day and the classmates who could not attend told her that they had not made it either.
In September we found out that it was no longer necessary to wait for the days at school and I began to do the errands, first to renew the birth certificate, this was a trauma, the day I got up early for this they did not work, then I came back and managed to renew it When they give me the new birth certificate I realize that it had an error in my name.
Can you believe that in 10 years I had not seen this error, well, one does not review these documents unless it is for something necessary, the fact is that I tell the lady from the mayor's office and she tells me that I must return the following week only on Tuesdays and bring a series of things that are requested.
My daughter became sad again, I told her that she should be patient since these procedures take a long time but that I would do my best to get her birth certificate so that she could get her identity document.
Este proceso lo cambian muy seguido, en los primeros meses del 2022 se hacía mediante jornadas en las escuelas, cuando se llegó a la escuela donde estudia mi hija no me dio tiempo de renovar su partida de nacimiento ya que esta es otra complicación que la partida de nacimiento debe renovarse cada cierto tiempo.
Mi hija se entristeció mucho ya que la gran mayoría de sus compañeros asistieron a esta jornada y ella no pudo asistir, le dije que tendríamos que esperar la siguiente jornada y los compañeros que no pudieron asistir le dijeron que ellos tampoco lo habían logrado.
En septiembre nos enteramos de que ya no era necesario esperar las jornadas en la escuela y comencé a hacer las diligencias, primero para renovar la partida de nacimiento, esto fue un trauma, el día que madrugué para esto no trabajaron, luego volví y logré renovarla, cuando me entregan la partida de nacimiento nueva me doy cuenta que esta tenía un error en mi nombre.
Pueden creer que en 10 años no había visto este error, bueno es que uno no revisa estos documentos a menos que sea para algo necesario, el caso es que le digo a la señora de la alcaldía y me dice que debo volver para la siguiente semana solo los días martes y llevar una serie de cosas que solicitan.
Mi hija volvió a entristecerse, le dije que debía tener paciencia ya que estos trámites tardan bastante pero que yo haría mi mayor esfuerzo en conseguirle su partida de nacimiento para que ella pudiese sacar su documento de identidad.

You had to get up early again and take your leaves again, this is incredible how these organizations put so many obstacles and the worst thing is that you ask for information and they kick you, and it turns out that for that year you wouldn't have a chance since they they would take vacations, this infuriated me but unfortunately it is something we have to put up with since there is no other way to renew this document.
I had to wait for January since these people took vacations for the entire month of December, I went the first week of January and lost my early morning because they did not work, my daughter was anxious because she wanted to have her identity document soon.
We hope that it will happen on January 14 since in Barquisimeto almost everything is incorporated after this date since the vast majority look forward to the procession of the Divina Pastora, I went on Friday of that week and hallelujah I managed to get my birth certificate but as in all this process there is a but they gave me only one copy and I needed another one so I had to go back on Monday to get another copy.
En este proceso me agarro octubre, lleve todos los requisitos y me dijeron que en 20 dias hábiles volviera, pueden creer que para arreglar un error tan pequeño debía esperar tanto, bueno conte los días y me correspondía mas o menos para el 15 o 20 de Noviembre, al llegarse la fecha resulta que movieron el día de entrega y este sería los viernes.
Cuando llegó el viernes estoy creyendo que me van a entregar mi partida sin tener que madrugar y pues no! había que madrugar nuevamente y volver a llevar hojas, esto es increíble como en estos organismos ponen tantas trabas y lo peor es que tu preguntas por información y te tratan a las patadas, y resulta que ya por ese año no tendría oportunidad ya que ellos se tomarían vacaciones, esto me enfureció pero lamentablemente es algo que debemos soportar ya que no hay otra manera de renovar este documento.
Tuve que esperar enero ya que esta gente agarro vacaciones todo el mes de diciembre, fui la primera semana de enero y perdí mi madrugada ya que no trabajaron, mi hija estaba ansiosa ya que ella deseaba tener pronto su documento de identidad.
Esperamos que pasara el 14 de enero ya que en Barquisimeto casi todo se incorpora luego de esta fecha ya que la gran mayoría espera con ansias la procesión de la Divina Pastora, fui el viernes de esa semana y aleluya logré que me dieran mi acta de nacimiento pero como en todo este proceso hay un pero me dieron una sola copia y necesitaba que que quedase otra entonces tuve que volver el lunes a sacar otra copia.
After having the renewed copies, we rested on Tuesday of that week and went to Saime on Wednesday, we left home at 3am, my daughter was very excited, we arrived at the site and we were first, there were only adults, this made me very happy.
I told my daughter to wait in the car so she could get some sleep, after 4 am the children began to arrive, I was in line until I saw the moment for my daughter to get in line, around 6 A.M. I woke her up and there she began to make her tail, she immediately made friends with the children that she had near her and they began to talk about her things between games and what they do daily.
Luego de tener las copias renovadas descansamos el martes de esa semana y fuimos al Saime el día miércoles, salimos de casa a las 3am mi hija llevaba mucha emoción, llegamos al sitio y quedamos de primeros, habían solo adultos, esto me alegro muchísimo.
Le dije a mi hija que esperara en el carro para que durmiera un poco, luego de las 4 am comenzaron a llegar los niños, yo estuve en la cola hasta que vi el momento para que mi hija se colocara en la cola, a eso de las 6 A.M. la desperté y allí ella comenzó a hacer su cola, inmediatamente hizo amistad con los niños que tenía cerca y comenzaron hablar de sus cosas entre juegos y lo que hacen a diario.

My daughter was very happy, I explained to her what this process is like and that they must do it alone, the representatives stayed outside while they took them to queue inside this site.
We mothers were worried because the vast majority of the children had not yet had breakfast, while inside they did not even remember their food, everyone was playing and having fun, instead of a paperwork it seemed like a vacation plan since everyone was playing.
Me encanta la actitud de los niños ellos sin conocerse inmediatamente comienzan a hablar de cosas como si se tuvieron mucha confianza, y con el tema actual de la tecnología hace que ellos tengan diversos temas del cual conversar.
Mi hija se encontraba muy feliz, yo le expliqué cómo es ese proceso y que ellos deben hacerlo solos, los representantes nos quedamos en la parte de afuera mientras ellos los llevaba a hacer su cola en la parte interna de este sitio.
Las mamás estábamos preocupadas porque los niños la gran mayoría aún no habían desayunado, mientras ellos en la parte de adentro ni recordaban su comida todos estaban jugando y divirtiéndose, en vez de un trámite parecía como un plan vacacional ya que todos estaban jugando.
After waiting a while, they went to the first ones, among them was my daughter, some of them were returned for having problems with their birth certificates, at that moment I thanked God that I was able to solve this before bringing my daughter to do this procedure since It is not easy to leave at dawn, especially not for children.
I felt sorry for these children and their mothers since they have to go through a long process to get their identity document again, the time came, they passed my daughter along with other children, they were inside this establishment for more than an hour , this for me as her mother causes me anguish But the fact of knowing that there were several children and not only my daughter, I did not understand why they lasted so long.
I went to sit in the car for a while since I couldn't stand my legs, after a while my daughter finally came out with a huge smile and she told me: mommy I finally managed to get my ID now we must wait a week to come and pick it up.
Luego de esperar un rato pasaron a los primeros entre ellos iba mi hija, algunos los devolvieron por tener problemas en sus partidas de nacimiento, en ese momento di gracias a Dios que pude solucionar esto antes de traer a mi hija a hacer ese trámite ya que no es fácil salir de madrugada y menos para los niños.
Sentí pena por estos niños y sus madres ya que tienen que pasar un proceso largo para volver nuevamente a sacar su documento de identidad, llegó el momento, pasaron a mi hija junto a otros niños, ellos estuvieron por más de una hora adentro de este establecimiento, esto para mí como su madre me causa angustia Pero me consuela el hecho de saber que eran varios niños y no sólo mi hija, no entendía el por qué duraban tanto.
Me fui a sentar un rato en el carro ya que no aguantaba las piernas, al rato mi hija por fin salió venía con una sonrisa inmensa y me dice: mami por fin ya logré sacar mi cédula ahora debemos esperar una semana para venir a retirarla.

Just yesterday, Wednesday, we returned to the Saime headquarters, we made a small queue to wait until they finally took care of us, they searched among all the IDs and thank God there was my daughter's, they made her sign a book that includes why she withdrew her ID and came out very excited, jumping up and down and telling me I finally have my ID.
Esta semana fue bastante larga ya que mi hija parecía que se le acercaba su fecha de cumpleaños cada día se levantaba recordándome que debíamos ir el día miércoles a retirar su cédula pasaron todos estos días y ella muy emocionada hasta que por fin se llegó el día.
Justo el día de ayer miércoles volvimos a la sede del Saime, hicimos una pequeña cola para esperar hasta que por fin nos atendieron buscaron entre todas las cédulas y gracias a Dios estaba la de mi hija, a ella la pusieron a firmar un libro que consta de qué ella retiró su cédula y salió muy emocionada pegando brincos y diciéndome por fin ya tengo mi cédula .
She really longed to have her identity document and for me as if mother I was worried that we had not yet been able to comply with this procedure, it was only a year late to get her document but thank God we already achieved it.
Ella de verdad anhelaba mucho tener su documento de identidad y para mí como si madre me preocupaba que no hubiésemos podido cumplir aún con este trámite, fue sólo un año de retraso para sacarle su documento pero gracias a Dios ya lo logramos.
