What the changes that motherhood brings to you?
A lot of changes a motherhood brings to me ,it changes my perpective in life ,it changes me emotionally ,mentally and physically.
But it does'nt mean that I regretted it all ,I trully happy being a mom though I face a lot of challenges but I am sure that I am happy and blessed to have this two kids in my life.
Physically I was change ,my body figure as well and now that my kids are growing my eldest son is 6 years old and the youngest son is 3years old and it already stop latching me.
While facing at the mirror ,I see a big changes in my body and I decided my self to challenge me to be fit again.Being a breastfeeding mom is one of the factor that makes me to gain more weight and now I wanted to have a changes in my body.
Here's some photos of my self when I does'nt had a kid yet.
From a 27inches waistline,a small sizes shirts turns to 34inches waistline ,extra large size shirts ,roundface ,necklines ,double chin and wider shoulder and big arms I had now.
I saw a lot of aspiring moms videos who did a transformation of their body.It motivates me to do so ,it will boost a woman confident to have a fit body and ofcourse it's one of the best way to have a healthier body.
I watched some work out videos and I am focus now on my arms and shourder.And for my belly ,I am taking a tea which helps me to release some fats and toxins from my body.
I alread tried the black coffee with no sugar but I got palpitate so I decided to take a green tea.I am planning also to buy a slimming coffee which having a lot of reviews that it truly heps to loss weight but I don't have yet a budget for it.
Being a mom ,our priority is our family needs but soon if I can earn more here I will try the slimming coffee.
As a filipino ,we can't live without rice hahaha but now I am trying to control my rice and make sure to measure my rice every meal.A cup of rice every meal,hopefully I can take it.
Honestly ,a lot of times I feel envy of some moms who still able to maintain their body figure but I was'nt .
I may having this body figure after having two kids but it does'nt mean I regretted it all.I wanted to be fit again as I noticed also I easily get tired if I am doing household chores .It's only I wanted to look nice to some people but I am doing this to be healthier me.
Anyway ,I am on my second day of my fitness goal and hoping a success on what I am doing.I will be posting soon ,maybe after a week if I got a progress .
