Wow, I read everything and I can relate to a lot of it, although to be honest, when it comes to food during pregnancy, if it was on medical advice not to gain more than a kilo a month, but it's not so easy if you don't feel full, and drinking cold or hot beverages may be a myth. One thing that is certain is that you should avoid drinking herbal teas because there are no studies that guarantee that they have no effect on the baby's development.
Although it's true that you'll be a mom all day long and you won't stop being one no matter how you feel, knowing that every sacrifice for them and for their sake is worth it, being a first-time mom is the most beautiful experience I've ever had, because seeing them grow and develop healthily is priceless. Every experience is unique, and although mine involved a complicated delivery and almost a month in the hospital, today I am proud to be a mother. Hearing his beautiful voice say that word to me every day is sublime. Certainly, you will stop doing things you liked and enjoyed when you didn't have children, but time passes quickly and you have to make the most of it. It is a serious matter and a responsibility, but it is full of blessings and love. Thank you for describing your experience. It is very useful for those who do not yet have the joy of being mothers.
