Prevention is better than cure they say,is it true? Yes is true and it better you inject to prevent than to start running around.
Measles is one of the deathly diseases that has prevention but people ignore the prevention but when it comes to us it becomes more dangerous and can kill or harm a child if not handle properly.
When ever a child is born I always advise the parents especially the mother to always come for immunization as of when due, but many will come why many will ignore which makes the government to be given this vaccine to people free of charge.
We go to their houses, churches, schools for us to immunize the kids because is very important to us we the health workers.
Today we went for campaign to school and church to give them pre- information that we will be coming for immunization to their schools and church on February 4 so we keep on telling people about it .
Tomorrow we will be going for another one to school we could not reach today and also church.
Here are the schools and church we visited and they welcomed us very well and they was very happy.
Here are the schools and church we have gone so far and we also went to the village women and inform them about the vaccine that we be given to their children in school.
Please what ever that is asking of you to do as a mother for you to protect your kids from measles please do is for your own good.
Because they say health is wealth.
