Good evening daddies and mommies, it is a pleasure to greet you again and I hope you and your children are doing well, I had a few days without sharing with you part of my days as a mom of two girls but here I am back with new experiences.
It is somewhat difficult to keep the girls distracted these days, especially in their free time and without using the screens, because they tend to get tired or bored quickly of what they are doing, they play a few minutes with their legos or dolls, then we play restaurant and I am the diner, the activity that usually last a good time is drawing and coloring.
So this Easter I was looking for a new activity that both of them would like to do, so while we were organizing their toys I saw a set that Abby was given with some dinosaur molds and other elements that can be used to play with play dough and plasticine, but the original material they came with got hard because once they came out of the package their texture started to change, it hardened and I had to throw them away.
I went to a store near my house and bought two packages of plasticine, one for each of them, when they saw them they immediately broke the cardboard to take out the plasticine and immediately began to play, to rub them with their hands on the table to take the shape of their preference, although they insisted on putting them inside the tubes to make them look like noodles, but we needed a more moldable plasticine and in greater quantity so they could use them, but nevertheless it was not an impediment for them to use their creativity.
While they were showing off their play dough skills, we had a power outage, I put Abby to sleep because she was sleepy once she was well asleep, Alys was still focused on using her imagination in the company of her grandmother, when I left the room she had made a pepperoni pizza (she is always thinking about food), I also used my creativity that night and made a pokeball that turned out decent.
The next day the first thing they asked me Mom: Where is the plasticine, I gave it to them again and they continued playing with the plasticine, they even made clothes for one doll with this material, they added accessories such as bracelets and earrings, her wardrobe was very nice.
We continue playing with plasticine, I know that soon I will have to look for new ones because they will harden because they use them daily, although I am thinking of making them a homemade one in case they decide to put it in their mouths and thus avoid intoxication, the most important thing is that they enjoy doing this activity and do not get bored easily, even I could go back to my childhood making some figures of my childhood which I am very happy about.

Buenas noches papis y mamis, es un placer saludarles nuevamente y espero se encuentren muy bien ustedes y sus hijos, tenía algunos días sin compartirles parte de mis días como mamá de dos nenas pero acá estoy de vuelta con nuevas experiencias.
Es un tanto difícil mantener a las niñas distraídas estos días, sobre todo en sus tiempos libres y sin hacer uso de las pantallas, porque suelen cansarse o aburrirse rápidamente de lo que están haciendo, juegan algunos minutos con sus legos o con las muñecas, después jugamos al restaurante y yo soy la comensal, en la actividad que suelen durar un buen rato es dibujando y coloreando.
Así que en ésta semana santa estuve en búsqueda de una nueva actividad que hacer y que le gustarán a ambas, así que mientras organizamos sus juguetes vi un juego le regalaron a Abby con unos moldes de dinosaurios y otros elementos que sirven para jugar con plastilina y plastidedos, pero el material original que traían se endureció porque una vez que salen del empaque su textura se empezó a modificar, se endureció y tuve que desecharlos.
Fuí a una comercio cerca de mi casa y compre dos paquetes de plastilinas, uno para cada una, cuando las vieron inmediatamente rompieron el cartón para sacar las plastilinas e inmediatamente empezaron a jugar, a frotarlas con sus manos por la mesa para que tomarán la forma de su preferencia, aunque ellas insistían en meterlas dentro de los tubitos para que parecieran fideos, pero necesitabamos una plastilina más moldeable y en mayor cantidad para que pudieran utilizarlos, más sin embargo no fue impedimento para que utilizarán su creatividad.
Mientras estaban mostrando sus destrezas con la plastilina, tuvimos un corte eléctrico, llevé a Abby a dormir porque tenía sueño una vez que estuvo bien dormida, Alys seguía concentrada utilizando su imaginación en compañía de su abuela, cuando salí de cuarto había armado una pizza con pepperoni (siempre está pensando en comida), yo también utilicé esa noche mi creatividad e hice una pokebola que a decir verdad quedó decente.
Al otro día lo primero que me preguntaron Mamá: ¿Donde está la plastilina?, se las facilité nuevamente y continuaron jugando con la plastilina, hasta a una muñeca le hicieron ropa con este material, le agregaron accesorios como pulseras y zarcillos, quedó demasiado lindo su vestuario.
Seguimos jugando con plastilina, se que pronto tengo que buscar unas nuevas porque estás endurecerán porque las utilizan a diario, aunque estoy pensando en hacerles una casera por si deciden llevarla a la boca y así evitar la intoxicación, lo más importante es que aman disfrutan realizar esta actividad y no se aburren fácilmente, hasta yo pude volver a mi infancia haciendo algunas figuras de mi infancia lo cuál me alegro bastante.
