Les escribo para presentar mi participación de la iniciativa de realizarles una carta a los pequeños por motivo de celebrar el 22 de junio el día del niño aquí en Venezuela. Para ello tome dos hojas blancas, realice unos dobles de manera que quedara para ser abierta en la parte frontal, quise elaborarles como especie de un botón para abrir y cerrar pero con rostros de niños. Para ello pedí a mi hija Abigail que le encanta dibujar que me los hiciera, dibujo primero el rostro de una hembra, luego me pidió una fotografía de su hermano para hacer el rostro de varón.
Finalmente decore la portada de cada carta, la de mi hijo varón con pelotas y carros con los que le encanta jugar y después la de Abigail con una muñeca, flores y corazones, también le incluí un balón de voleybol porque está muy contenta debido a que está aprendiendo este deporte. El escrito que es lo más especial, estará ubicado en la pate interna y frontal de la carta, de seguro sé que les encantara. Algo sencillo, pero lo hice con mucho entusiasmo y amor. Hija hoy en Venezuela se celebra el día del niño, por lo que aprovechare la oportunidad para decirte lo mucho que te amo y lo importante que eres para mí. Desde que me entere que estabas formándote en mi vientre, mi corazón se regocijo de alegría, al nacer y que llegaras a mis brazos, fue algo maravilloso. Eres una bendición para mí verte crecer en estatura y sabiduría por solo la gracia de Dios, es realmente hermoso. Ya tienes 8 años y puedo decir que te he disfrutado desde que naciste. Eres una niña hermosa, alegre, inteligente, sabia, amigable, cariñosa, capaz para hacer muchas cosas, debes mejorar el seguir instrucciones eso será de gran beneficio para ti. Mi deseo como madre es que seas feliz, por eso pido a Dios cada día que coloque en tu corazón temor hacia Él. Porque solo eso guardara tu vida, y te hará feliz, guiándote siempre a vivir una vida bien vivida.
