Alissandra tiene 1 año y 9 meses nació en plena pandemia, desde ese momento yo nunca había podido salir con ella porque eran tanto los contagios que escuchábamos a diarios que nos daba temor y consideramos que estaba muy pequeña, en diciembre nos dio covid--19 a todos en la familia así que está primera semana de enero decidimos salir Luego de un mes de nuestra recuperación yo le dije a mi esposo que quería llevar a mi bebé a un parque porque ella no sabía lo que era un parque solamente los veía por videos, como yo notaba su gran emoción, decidimos descubrir cómo sería está primera vez así que fuimos a la vereda del lago, dónde hay un parque de atracciones bastante grande para niños de todas las edades, fuimos muy temprano y mi bebé estaba en brazos apenas vio el parque de atracciones quiso bajarse y se quedó asombrada, con un poco de timidez ella veía tantos niños y veía tantas atracciones donde los niños se montaban así que se quedó un rato observando todo a su alrededor, fue cuando decidí actuar así que le hable vamos quieres conocer el parque, wow que lindo, mira cuántas personas, que divertido ella me tomo de la mano y me siguió sé que en parte la ayude en su proceso, porque por un momento pensé que lloraría, pero como yo estuve pendiente de actuar ella me sigue por eso te voy a dar algunos tips para que tus niños dejen la timidez y sepan qué hacer en estos momentos.

After a month of our recovery I told my husband that I wanted to take my baby to a park because she did not know what a park was, she only saw them on videos, as I noticed her great excitement, we decided to find out how it would be this first time so we went to the lake sidewalk, where there is an amusement park big enough for children of all ages, we went very early and my baby was in my arms as soon as she saw the amusement park she wanted to get off and was amazed, with a little shyness she saw so many children and saw so many attractions where the children were riding so she stayed a while watching everything around her, that's when I decided to act so I talked to her, come on you want to know the park, wow how nice, look how many people, how funny she took my hand and followed me, I know that in part I helped her in her process, because for a moment I thought she would cry, but as I was aware of acting she followed me, that is why I am going to give you some tips for your children to leave the shyness and know what to do in these moments.

También debemos tomar en cuenta que los niños suelen ser tímidos en la calle, pero a la vez extrovertidos en su círculo, Aliss veía a los niños y luego de verlos un rato los llamaba, como estaba acompañada quería jugar con su tía y conmigo, también llamaba a los niños, pero como eran grandes no le entendían y la ignoraban, así que yo decidí acompañarla en esta aventura hasta que ella no tuviese pena de ir a un sitio a otro.

Siempre los padres deben estar pendiente, ya que siempre abran niños más grandes o más chispa, hay escaleras peligrosas, a veces en los parques públicos, los toboganes no están aptos para los niños y todas estas cosas hay que prevenirlas, para evitar malos ratos, como mamá primeriza estuve pendiente de cada detalle.

Parents should always be aware, since there are always bigger or more sparkling children, there are dangerous stairs, sometimes in public parks, the slides are not suitable for children and all these things must be prevented, to avoid bad moments, as a new mom I was aware of every detail.

Luego un buen rato la lleve al tobogán más pequeño subí con ella y deje que varios niños se lanzarán para que ella los observará, ellos estaban felices y corrían a las escaleras para lanzarse de nuevo, así que le pregunté si quería ir con tía, la monte en el tobogán y la lance por primera vez, mientras su tía la esperaba en la parte de abajo, fue divertido y así perdió el miedo a los toboganes, su tía y yo nos emocionamos y le aplaudimos todo para que ella sintiera el apoyo, así paseamos por todas las atracciones del parque le dimos seguridad y la ayudábamos en las escaleras, trataba de llevarla donde había niños para que ella interactuara con ellos, fue una buena aventura para ambas porque es mi primera hija y yo quiero que ella disfrute todo.

After a while I took her to the smallest slide, I went up with her and let several kids jump on it so she could watch them, they were happy and ran to the stairs to jump again, so I asked her if she wanted to go with aunt, I put her on the slide and launched her for the first time, while her aunt was waiting for her at the bottom, it was fun and she lost her fear of the slides, Her aunt and I got excited and applauded everything so she could feel the support, we went through all the attractions of the park, we gave her security and helped her on the stairs, I tried to take her where there were children so she could interact with them, it was a good adventure for both of us because she is my first daughter and I want her to enjoy everything.

Pero note que ella mientras nos tuviese a la vista estaba tranquila, pero si dejaba de vernos enseguida lloraba, pero nos buscaba, eso está bien porque quiere decir que es atenta, esto es una reacción muy normal en ellos y para mí es importante destacar que Aliss está las 24 horas del día conmigo, también intentamos que estuviese con su papá en el parque haciendo sus actividades recreativas y si luego de un par de horas ya era una experta en los juegos, saludaba a todo el mundo y los invitaba a montarse en las atracciones.

But I noticed that as long as she had us in sight she was calm, but if she stopped seeing us she would cry immediately, but she would look for us, this is good because it means that she is attentive, this is a very normal reaction in them and for me it is important to highlight that Aliss is with me 24 hours a day, we also tried to keep her with her father in the park doing her recreational activities and after a couple of hours she was already an expert in the games, she greeted everyone and invited them to ride the attractions.

Cómo había mucho sol estuve pendiente de mantenerla hidratada, olvide el protector solar y estaba preocupada por el sol y el calor, pero descubrí que ella no se preocupaba más que por ella misma.
