Si se trata de la salud de nuestros hijos somos capaces de todo por verlos bien y felices. Y no es que quiera hablar mal del proceso que ha tenido con su primera vez en el jardín infantil pero ya no son tan largos los días en que la veo sana. A veces viene con las manos sucias y es de suponerse que como todo niño se las pasan por la boca y los ojos propiciando una cantidad de bacterias que desencadenan con ellas las enfermedades.
Pues les cuento que he estado desaparecida estos días de la blockchain porque mi hija no ha parado de enfermarse. Cuando quise cantar victoria hace una semana que estaba super bien en todos los sentidos apareció nuevamente la fiebre, lo que es un gran indicativo de infección, lo que no supe hasta hace 2 días era en que parte la tenía.
Luego de la fiebre al día siguiente le noté muchas lagañas en los ojos, me pareció normal pero mientras pasaban los días era peor, hasta que se le enrojecieron los ojos y cada vez que se despertaba de su siesta el ojo se le quedaba literalmente pegado, no podía siquiera abrirlos por su cuenta. Creyendo en los consejos de la abuela comencé a aplicarle unas gotas para los ojos y no le di mayor importancia a ese único episodio de fiebre ya que pude controlarla rápidamente.
Lo raro era que pasaban los días y seguía igual, hasta que comenzó a darle fiebre más seguido, ya no dormía bien por la noche lo que me preocupaba profundamente. No estaba comiendo bien y casi no tragaba algunos alimentos muy sólidos.
Llegó el miércoles y la lleve normalmente al jardín porque la noche anterior si durmió completo y amaneció con buen aspecto lo que me dio indicios de que era algo menor, pero… lo peor estaba por venir. Pasadas las 12 del mediodía me llaman del jardín diciendo que la niña tiene mucha fiebre, inmediatamente fui por ella, la llevé a casa, le controlé la fiebre y la llevé al hospital. Donde me dieron la misma respuesta de siempre: "Que es normal porque está en un entorno diferente al que estaba acostumbrada, con otros niños y grandes focos de enfermedades…"
Ni siquiera la vio un médico, me dio ¡muchísima rabia!. Le recetaron el mismo acetaminofén y antialérgico de siempre. Esa noche no bajó de 39 la fiebre y muchísima tos, mocos, la conjuntivitis apareció con todo y a penas amaneció la lleve nuevamente al hospital pero ya no con una actitud tan amable. Es difícil que me saquen el mal genio pero el hecho de que ni siquiera la hubieran revisado el día anterior para ver qué pasaba realmente me indigno.
Ante mi reclamo accedieron a ingresarla para que la viera el pediatra y mediante toda la revisión que normalmente le dan a los niños en una consulta se dio cuenta que la niña tiene amigdalitis, con la garganta super inflamada y hasta materia allí pegada, aparte de una conjuntivitis terrible y los parásitos alborotados, ya que cuando me dijeron (en el mismo hospital hace un mes) que debía desparasitarla no ordenaron la dosis correcta, por lo que me sugirió el pediatra una cantidad de medicamentos y también le inyectaron antibióticos para combatir esa infección tan grande.
El caso es que gracias a Dios quedé satisfecha con el proceso, mi hija presentó alguna mejoría a través del antibiótico esa noche pero el día siguiente otra vez la fiebre, así que debo esperar 48 horas a que le haga efecto lo que le recetaron, en caso de que siga así mañana me toca llevarla una vez más porque la verdad me preocupa mucho todo esto. Además de los gastos que acarrea en todo sentido, ya el tema emocional es inestable, me siento confundida, ¿Qué está pasando con ella?. ¿Por qué se enferma tanto?.
Son tantas las interrogantes y dudas que me aquejan como madre que no puedo con tanta incertidumbre… solo agradezco por poder desahogarme con ustedes y de pronto leer si les paso algo similar con sus pequeños, los leo en los comentarios. ¡Bendiciones!

Well, I tell you that I have been missing these days from the blockchain because my daughter has not stopped getting sick. When I wanted to sing victory a week ago that was super well in every way the fever appeared again, which is a great indication of infection, what I did not know until 2 days ago was where she had it.
After the fever the next day I noticed a lot of eye watering, I thought it was normal but as the days went by it was worse, until his eyes became red and every time he woke up from his nap his eye would literally get stuck, he couldn't even open them on his own. Believing in grandma's advice I started to apply some eye drops and did not give much importance to that one episode of fever as I was able to control it quickly.
The strange thing was that the days went by and she was still the same, until she started to get fever more often, she was not sleeping well at night which worried me deeply. She was not eating well and almost did not swallow some very solid foods.
Wednesday arrived and I took her normally to the garden because the night before she slept well and woke up looking good, which gave me indications that it was something minor, but... the worst was yet to come. After 12 noon I got a call from the kindergarten saying that the girl had a high fever, I immediately went to get her, took her home, checked her fever and took her to the hospital. Where they gave me the same answer as always: "That it is normal because she is in a different environment than the one she was used to, with other children and large foci of diseases..."
She was not even seen by a doctor, I was so angry!. She was prescribed the same acetaminophen and allergy medicine as usual. That night the fever did not go below 39 and she had a lot of cough, snot, conjunctivitis appeared with everything and as soon as she woke up I took her to the hospital again, but not with such a kind attitude. It is difficult to get my temper out but the fact that they had not even checked her the day before to see what was really wrong I was indignant.
Upon my complaint they agreed to admit her to see the pediatrician and through all the review they normally give children in a consultation he realized that the girl has tonsillitis, with super inflamed throat and even matter stuck there, apart from a terrible conjunctivitis and parasites rampant, when they told me (in the same hospital a month ago) that I should deworm her, they did not order the correct dosage, so the pediatrician suggested me a number of medications and also injected her with antibiotics to fight such a big infection.
The thing is that thank God I was satisfied with the process, my daughter showed some improvement through the antibiotic that night but the next day again the fever, so I have to wait 48 hours for what they prescribed to take effect, if it continues like this tomorrow I have to take her once again because the truth is that I am very worried about all this. In addition to the expenses involved in every way, the emotional issue is already unstable, I feel confused, what is happening with her, why is she getting so sick?
There are so many questions and doubts that plague me as a mother that I cannot cope with so much uncertainty...
