hello friends, fungi lovers! May your sustenance be eased, and always be healthy.
this is my first post in this community, I dedicate it as a sign of my introduction to all my friends that I put in a post about mushrooms, of course, when I was looking for what communities were in the hive blog chain, I found a very suitable community with me, because I live in a village far from the city, of course in the neighborhood where I live there are many places that I can find material to share in this community. if there are mistakes I made in posting, I am very happy if someone gives me a little of your experience and corrects my mistakes.
The mushroom that I found today is the GERIGIT mushroom, which is often sought for consumption, this fungus grows very much during the dry season on various kinds of dead wood, when it enters the rainy season most of these mushrooms will die, because this fungus can not stand being in place that is wet for too long, unless it rains for only a day, the size of this mushroom is the largest the size of an adult's little finger and grows in groups on one log, usually if the log is too dry, this mushroom will grow cows filling the log.
In my village, this fungus often grows in piles of rotten palm fronds and in the highlands, usually when we look for this mushroom, we always enter oil palm plantations, our target is only under piles of oil palm fronds, especially in the pile of leftovers on the ground. burn.
