Last night I came home from out of town drenched. Yes, during this pandemic that hasn't ended yet, I would much rather ride my moped than take a bus. It has been raining a lot lately, and tonight it was raining again.
Earlier this morning, I saw that my yard, which had just been cleaned of weeds, had been overgrown with mushrooms here and there. They do not grow in groups but grow one by one. Unfortunately, these are the Parasola Plicatilis type fungus, which cannot be consumed. If not, I've pulled it out and asked my wife to sauté it with black pepper and soy sauce. Of course, it will be a delicious lunch menu.
