There are very few mushroom farms in our country and they are cultivated in very few places. Mushrooms are grown in only one place in our town and the mushrooms produced from that place are being sold in different restaurants. Restaurant owners are making food with these mushrooms and selling them to their customers. I have never eaten mushrooms. But I want to eat mushrooms one day and taste the mushrooms. However, you must let me know in the comments what kind of mushrooms should be eaten.

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা আশা করব আপনারা সবাই ভালো আছেন। আপনাদের কমিউনিটির ক্রিটিভিটি দেখে আমি আজকে আপনাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করতে এসেছি মাশরুম সম্পর্কে। আমি যখন আপনাদের মাশরুমের ছবিগুলো দেখতাম তখন আমি ভাবতাম। যদি আমি মাশরুমের খামার পরিদর্শন করি এবং সেখান থেকে ছবি সংগ্রহ করে আপনাদের মাঝে মাশরুম সম্পর্কের লিখি তাহলে কেমন হবে। আমি আপনাদের মাঝে বলতে চাই আমি গতকালকে একটি মাশরুমের নার্সারি ভ্রমন করেছি এবং সেখানে অনেক প্রজাতির মাশরুম রয়েছে। যেগুলো আমাদের চাইনিজ ফাস্টফুডে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে।
আমাদের দেশে মাশরুমের খামার খুবই কম আছে এবং এগুলো খুব অল্প জায়গায় চাষ করে। আমাদের শহরে শুধু এক জায়গায় মাশরুমের চাষ করা হয় এবং সেই জায়গা থেকে উৎপাদনকৃত মাশরুমগুলো বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্টে বিক্রয় করা হচ্ছে। রেস্টুরেন্ট মালিকেরা এসব মাশরুম দিয়ে খাবার তৈরি করে তাদের কাস্টমারদের কাছে বিক্রি করছে। আমি কোনদিন মাশরুম খাইনি। তবে আমার ইচ্ছা আছে একদিন মাশরুম খাব এবং মাশরুমের স্বাদ গ্রহণ করব। তবে কোন ধরনের মাশরুম খাওয়া উচিত অবশ্যই আমাকে কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে জানাবেন।
আমি একটি মাশরুমের খামার থেকে এই ছবিগুলো সংগ্রহ করেছি। ছবিগুলোতে আপনারা যেই প্রজাতির মাশরুম দেখতে পাচ্ছেন, এই মাশরুমের নাম কি? আমার সঠিক জানা নেই। যদি আপনাদের জানা থাকে তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাকে কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে জানাবেন। তাহলে আমি আপনাদের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করব।
মাশরুমের এক প্রজাতির খাবার আমি দেখেছি। আমি যখন রেস্টুরেন্টে গিয়েছিলাম নুডলস খাওয়ার জন্য আমার বাবার সঙ্গে। তখন আমি পাশের টেবিলে একজন মানুষকে দেখছিলাম মাশরুম খাচ্ছে। মাশরুমের সুপ, সম্ভবত তিনি গ্লাসে করে খাচ্ছিল। আমার সঠিক ধারণা নেই খাবার টির নাম কি হতে পারে। যদি মাশরুম সুপ তৈরি করা যায়, তাহলে অবশ্যই সেটা মাশরুমের সুপ হবে। কারণ গ্লাসের উপরে মাশরুম ভেসে বেরাচ্ছিলো।
