I had a very good weekend given my first harvest of the grey white mushrooms I cultured this season. It is not easy finding edible mushrooms throughout the year neither is easy finding cholesterol free delicacies so I ventured into fungal culture a while back. It also takes alot of patience and experience to learn.
It has been a very long wait since I put the spawn into the substrate. I am very happy that the flash is big.
It has actually been quite stressing waiting for the mushrooms to sprout,a wait of more than 30 days yet act actually I expected them to sprout in 20 days. Never the less the outcome has been so nice and I treated my family to a very delicious soup.
