Hey guys i wanted to update you guys on my mushroom plan as a new be mycologist. so, as you know there a food shortage and im sure the cost of medication is soon to skyrocket yet again. knowing this im going to be growing my own source of shitake, enoki, lions maine, turkey tail mushrooms and try to spread them at a local level via farmers market or by giving some to my neighbors. so what do you guys thing about my plan i would love to see some suggestions and opinons thanks.
