Happy #Fungyfriday 🍄✨
These days I walk a lot, in that walk I met a lot of mushrooms ... Some are old, and some were fresh .....
I'll start with the fresh ones, which were in the company of moss, so it looked like spring .....
Judas ear, this year they are a little small and there are not many of them. Unlike last year. But it can be seen that they are fresh ...
Judas' ear is an edible fungus.
"The Chinese make soup to treat colds and fever ... They appreciate it as a mushroom that refreshes the blood and fills a person with life energy ... Moisturizes and cleanses the intestines and removes toxins from the body ...
Modern research has concluded that it has antitumor and hypoglycemic properties."
Lichens, moss and mushrooms share a tree or a branch ... And maybe they share very little space with each other ...
"Polysaccharides have an anti-inflammatory effect and that is why the fungus is used to soothe inflamed and mucous membranes. Polysaccharide extracts have shown strong antioxidant properties, an agent that acts to protect the heart and antithrombotic action by stopping platelet aggregation. Polysaccharides and polyphenols have been shown to reduce levels of bad cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. "
Judas' ear, small and in combination with lichen and moss, a perfect forest decoration and looks like tiny ears of the forest ...
There is also moss that shines in the gloomy forest without leaves .... As if some apocalypse has passed ... And nature has decided to win ....
"Moss is one of the oldest plants on Earth. Its age is about 300 million years ....
The largest class of bryophytes is deciduous moss. There are more than 14,000 species, and they make up 95% of all bryophytes.
The name of this class reflects its appearance and structure - the plants consist of stems with covered growths-leaves of various shapes, arranged in a spiral. On the underground part of the stem, instead of the roots, there are rhizoids - long filamentous growths. With their help, the plant draws water and minerals from the soil. "
I knew little about moss and so I read a little about them .. I found that they are fascinating herbs ... And they are used in some magical rituals ... In recent times they have found their place in architecture, where they are used for walls. .. And they decorate the interior, in the shape of a wall in combination with other plants ...
I end my fast with moss as my only green friend in the woods these days.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog 🥰
Have a nice evening ✨ and wonderfull weekend 🍀❤️
