In this article I will show some photos that I have taken about oyster mushroom cultivation in my city (Lhokseumawe City, Nanggroe Atjeh Darussalam Province).
I was a little surprised because this mushroom can be used as the main ingredient to be eaten with rice.
According to the wikipedia website :
Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a food mushroom from the Basidiomycota group and belongs to the Homobasidiomycetes class with the general characteristics of a white to cream fruit body and a semicircular hood similar to an oyster shell with a slightly concave center. Oyster mushroom is still a relative with Pleurotus eryngii and is often known as King Oyster Mushroom.
