Life is a game we play. A game that we all have roles in. But which game you are playing it’s up to you to decide. Your worth and how well you manage to control your life will determine the age you are in. More control, power to shoot, and control of the ball will tell me your life game is football. With each game, it might favor or not. It might be the best or not. You might be in someone’s game but would that mean you will have total control of yourself or the person in which you are in their game will have control over you? Which game is yours?
Are you the other or they won the game you are in? This is the question many can’t understand. A question that will demand a great analysis of your life from day one. How well when you move and develop? How well have you been able to have control of your life? That’s what will inform you the game you are into is the game you are the control of. Remember for each game you choose you will age the tools you will play with. The tools do the game of life is the humans in it. It’s then up to you to choose them well. Because the rejected cornerstone might end up being the most valuable stone in the building. My game is the game of chess and I am just a piece in it.
A piece that is known as the less useful in the game. A piece that is limited to chances. It has no control and it is been controlled a lot. You know what? I am the piece in the chess that is used as bait for the much-respected ones to enjoy their stay in the game. I am the pawn piece in my game of life. I exist in someone’s game. A game I am used to making or unmaking him. I have used it many times but the value I come with never increases. All they see me to be is just that piece that will get them to the job or win their game of life. I wish I could be seen differently.
I’m not bothered about it. I get my life learned from it. This informs me of how useless I am. I got to places they will never go. Not because I am special but because they won’t go there because of the power they think they have. But for the experience, I get from there that’s to me. I grow in my way. They think power is just a matter of having control over people or when people fear them more. They have forgotten an experienced man can be the source of growth for many people. As the rejected stone later became very important, the pawn piece might start the chess game as the less important in it but will end up being the most powerful before the game ends.
I’m enjoying the game and having to be the one to do the dirty work for the kinds. You will have something they will never have. Remember the pawn can become powerful too. When that time comes, he will know how to beat, deceive and control all other pieces in the chess because they have been there before. That’s the way. When it (Pawn) gets to the top, it will be the most powerful even more than those who have been there before. What makes us more powerful is what we use our power for, not the chair or position we occupy.
