I have played games. From them, I learned about the fun time of life. How life could have been interesting if we could control everything as we do in games. But it can’t be so. Maybe in them, we live the lives we always wanted. They contain lessons that if we look too deeply, we could see them.
From FIFA you will get to play football that you never had the chance to. You will feel the stadium, the players, the weather, and everything about it. The feeling when you score feels like you are in the park playing. That’s the experience I am talking about. I played a game called UNO and I wish to share some life hacks I learned from it.
Before I go to what I learned from it, let me review what it is and how we play it. UNO is a card game. It’s made up of various cards and we also have the power cards in them. these power cards are there to make things fun and also for us to learn. We have plus 2, plus 4, reverse the direction of play, choosing a neutral color, jumping someone, and all others. The game is played based on the color and number. If some play red and it’s a 2, you wither play 2 or red color of any number. That’s how it is done. For you to win, you get to get out first. And when you are left with one card to go, you say the word UNO and then everyone will know you left with one. Now to the lessons.
Live is based on success. We have all means to succeed. In the game of uno, you use power cards to defend yourself. We all know we wish to succeed but sometimes people can pull us down. People say UNO teaches wickedness but what I see it to be is it tells us to be selfish sometimes before we can get to the top.
Someone plays a pick 2 card and you are there, you have a pick 4 card to add and you are worried about the next guy. you never know what that next guy is thinking and when he gets the chance to get out, he wouldn’t hesitate. That’s how it is. you either add it for the next to pick 6 or you add two and that prolongs the time you had to move toward success. That’s what you learn from it.
The choices we make are dependent on us. If someone gets the chance, they will take it. That’s what I learned in UNO. You either take it or someone will take his chance and you will be the victim.
UNO is a great fun game but learn the life benefits it comes with. Try it one time. you would love it. thanks, for passing by.
