So today i will love to talk about depression which causes effect on self improvement. This art alone below shows and describe someone been depressed, 80% of people shows they are being depressed and the remaining 20% keeps it alone to themselves and won't even allow anyone to know.

Depression is different from regular mood changes and feelings about everyday life. It's good to reach out to friends and loved ones when you're feeling low, as this can help you to avoid feeling alone. However, it's also important to take time out for 'self-care'. This means focusing on yourself and your own happiness for a little while, and doing things that make you feel good.
