Today I want to share with you an experience that happened to me with my team of collaborators. When it was getting dark, and I continued working with them, I started to sing the song by Roberto Cantoral titled: Clock doesn't mark the hours. I only did it to try to lower the tension, because we had little time left to finish the work we had assigned.

I thought at that moment that I was humming the song, that I no longer think and act as I did when I was young, and I told my team that the problem was not the clock, it was us that we always have many things ahead of us, and time moves forward, therefore we must improve the strategy in how we relate to our team of collaborators.

If we want to become pleasant, helpful, responsible, and charitable people, we must try to enter people's lives and touch their areas of interest positively. Demonstrating genuine interest in others will open many doors where you will be welcomed.

Isn't that alone worth it?

Your performance and the way you relate to others will be the key to developing a wonderful team of co-workers, a circle of friends, and loved ones.

When your ex-employees remember you on a work morning, saying that you were the best boss they could have had. Those were great times, and having almost 20 people in charge was not easy. But it wasn't hard either.

Being a good person leads to many things, first, that you will always be remembered even if more than 10 years have passed, and the other thing is that there are people who will be bothered by your light.

Nobody said it would be easy

To be the best boss, you only need respect for those who are at your service. A lot of good things are missing in order to build a nation. And it all starts with small groups or teams, at all levels.

Everything counts, you just have to be clearly organized and convinced of what you want to achieve. Keeping an appointment, advancing a project, making a call, saying I love you, nothing can wait, because by then it's too late.

It carries a message that reminds us how rewarding it is to go through life as messengers of goodwill. Doing good without expecting anything in return. We don't need approval or comparisons to do good.

We are part of a society where there are inequalities and surrounded by human beings in need of support, whatever it may be. And even we ourselves, from time to time, need a helping hand? I ask for and accept help when I need it.

Let us do our part. Let us contribute to solidarity among human beings, regardless of condition, race, sex, or creed. In this way, we can be part of a positive contagion of mutual help, doing good, without looking at whom. We must be as much as possible an example for all those who see and follow us day by day.

Integrity to the test

There are times when frustrations and difficulties can make you forget about the progress you have made in life. Don't lose focus. Remember your accomplishments, but also the goals you are pursuing. Despite the bad times that will always happen, you must continue to focus on being the best version of yourself.

We must move forward and focus on who we are. What we were and what we want to do not always coincide with what we really are, which blurs our focus and makes us perceive things as they are not. Let's change the glasses with which we see ourselves, there inside is the whole human being waiting to be discovered.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia, me ocurrió con mi equipo de colaboradores, Cuando ya se hacía de noche, y continuaba trabajando con ellos, empece a cantar la canción de Roberto Cantoral titulada: Reloj no marques las horas. Solo lo hacía para intentar bajar la tensión, porque nos quedaba poco tiempo para terminar el trabajo que teníamos asignado.

Pensé en ese momento que tarareaba la canción, que ya no pienso ni actuó como lo hacía de joven y le comente a mi equipo que el problema no era el reloj, éramos nosotros que siempre tenemos muchas cosas por delante, y el tiempo avanza, por ende debemos mejorar la estrategia en como nos relacionamos con nuestro equipo de colaboradores.

Si queremos convertirnos en personas agradables, útiles, responsables y caritativas, debemos intentar entrar en la vida de las personas y tocar las áreas de su interés de manera positiva. Demostrando genuino interés en el otro, abrirá muchas puertas en las que serás bienvenido.

¿Acaso solo eso no vale la pena?

Tu actuación y la manera como te relacionas con los demás, serán la clave para desarrollar un maravilloso equipo de colaboradores, círculo de amigos y seres queridos.

Cuando tus ex- empleados/as te recuerdan en una mañana de trabajo indicando que fuiste la mejor jefa que pudo tener. Fueron momentos muy lindos, y tener casi 20 personas a cargo no era fácil. Pero tampoco difícil.

Ser buena persona conlleva a muchas cosas, primero, a que siempre te recordarán así hayan pasado más de 10 años, y lo otro, es que hay personas que les molestará tu luz.

Nadie dijo que sería fácil

Para lograr ser la mejor jefa, únicamente se necesita respeto por quienes están al servicio. Faltan muchas cosas buenas para poder levantar una nación. Y todo empieza por pequeños grupos o equipos, en todos los niveles.

Todo cuenta, solo hay que estar claramente organizado y convencido de lo que queremos conseguir. Cumplir una cita, avanzar un proyecto, hacer una llamada, decir un te quiero, nada puede esperar, porque para luego es tarde.

Conlleva un mensaje que nos recuerda lo gratificante que resulta el ir por la vida como mensajeros de buena voluntad. Haciendo el bien sin esperar nada a cambio. No necesitamos aprobaciones ni comparaciones para hacer el bien.

Formamos parte de una sociedad en donde hay desigualdades y rodeados de seres humanos que necesitan apoyo, sea cual fuere. Y aun nosotros mismos, de vez en cuando, necesitamos de una mano amiga... Yo pido y acepto ayuda cuando la requiero.

Hagamos nuestra parte. Contribuyamos con la solidaridad entre los seres humanos, sin importar condición, raza, sexo o credo. De esta manera, podemos formar parte de un contagio positivo de ayuda mutua, haciendo el bien, sin mirar a quién. Debemos ser en la medida de lo posible un ejemplo para todos aquellos que nos ven y siguen día a día.

Integridad a toda prueba

Hay momentos en los que las frustraciones y dificultades pueden hacerte olvidar del progreso que has alcanzado en la vida. No pierdas el foco. Recuerda tus logros, pero también los objetivos que estás persiguiendo. A pesar de los malos ratos que siempre pasaran, debes seguir concentrándote en ser la mejor versión de ti.

Hay que seguir adelante y enfocarnos en lo que somos. Lo que fuimos y lo que queremos ser no siempre coincide con lo que somos realmente, eso nos empaña el foco y hace que percibimos las cosas como no son. Cambiemos las gafas con las que nos vemos a nosotros mismos, allí dentro está el ser humano completo esperando ser descubierto.
