Truths to digest.
Every morning I decide what kind of day I want to have, and I always choose to have a good time, that what happens around me does not hit me but that I can feel it is my own.
Confident that life is a highway... (Double track), I dedicate myself to live from self-esteem... asking heaven to distance me from the ego a little to keep my own essence and let go, release the appearances of the thousand masks that can hurt me so much... That is to be aware, and that is what my personal growth depends on this day.
Having said this, which applies to everyone... Maybe...
These are strong words and that go straight, the truth is, that all my life I have moved in my lane and without running over anyone, however, I have tried to run me over (run over) but then I see the one who tried to do it with a blown engine and without fuel on the side of the road and I keep moving in my own speed and my time, many I see them pass at top speed and others I see them stop suddenly, and I leave them behind.
It happens to all of us, to those who do not like us for whatever reason and the important thing is to know how to leave those people aside, respecting and leaving behind their opinion and what they transmit to us and better focus on those who do appreciate and love us, which are many people.
My personal life is the same as at work. I don't have to wear makeup all the time or pretend that I don't have problems or that I fight with my husband or that my daughters drive me crazy from time to time.
I've learned that it's healthy to say no. That criminal yeses could make me sick, for example I say "Yes". I like to share my life with ups and downs, but always with limits... in terms of giving and receiving.
Why?
Because what is received by obligation is often based on some condition. It is not sincere at all, it is not born from spontaneity, but from some commitment or insistence of the other person. Even the collaboration or support that we give to a friend, co-worker, neighbor or stranger must emerge on its own, without effort. So it is worth it.
Love is energy, it is an act of freedom, which should not be forced to be conditioned. Not everyone is ready for this conversation. As long as many people continue to be wrapped up in attachment, unhappiness will continue in a large part of (un)humanity.
Pretending and insisting generates an atmosphere of anguish, and not satisfying that need can become a frustration... Everything must flow spontaneously from the essence of each one. What is received by obligation is usually based on some condition. It is not sincere at all, it is not born from spontaneity, but from some commitment or insistence of the other person.
Another proof that service is the right way to learn to give and receive. "In a blacksmith's house, to err is human "a maxim of life taught to me by Elsie Arratia (a great teacher in my life) my mother. We can also adapt it to "you have to learn to fall, before you learn to fly".
Because, without a doubt, no one is born "learned"
It's self-improvement.Re-start without judgment. Without what the other said about a person, an activity, an experience. Let's stop asking how it went with such and such a person and start with how you felt with that person.... To train the verb and for your own experience to be your learning, even if it is from the mistake.
Over the weekend I had some emotional lows, it was probably due to a strong urinary infection with very high fevers, but, trying to learn from the mistake, I have started this week with me as a priority.
Searching for balance can take me a long journey inward and trying meditation, prayer to understand impermanence prevents emotions and fears from preventing body, mind and spirit from flowing as one. I do not allow the little things to bring me down because I have to look, feel, touch, smell and taste the greatness of life that we have there, and it costs me nothing.
And to the life destroyers, I say that the same thing they tell us and wish for, comes back to them on the highway of life.
How do you start your day with you as priority?
