Last installment of this brutal saga of films focused on our protagonist John Wick, after returning to the world of murder and underworld, the fearsome "John" better known as "Boogeyman", is on a path to his salvation in the ends of the world, where he is practically alone against a large number of killers seeking to win the bounty on his head, Having this clear, our protagonist has the mission to survive and find a way to revoke the price on his head, reaching the ultimate consequences and eliminating anyone who crosses his path, in this brutal installment Jonathan is betrayed, hunted and assaulted frequently, giving us incredible confrontations, with a scenery quite different from previous sagas. Will John be able to survive and find a way to save himself?

This is a movie that has already been released several years ago and I am aware that the sequel will be released in 2023, but, like the previous films, I must say that this is one of the best action sagas I've ever seen. "Parabellum", a magnificent delivery in terms of action and fights, with an actor of the best as "Keanu Reeves", who starred in it and who gives a very special touch to this film, since his acting style is exceptional to the enigmatic character of "John Wick", characterized by showing few emotions, being a total killing machine.

This film traps the viewer in an incredible way, because it has an incredible story, which develops very well as the characters within it, does not leave in evidence any particular negative aspect, since it is very well developed and cared for in terms of details, therefore, I can say that it is in my top of the action genre.

Based on the above mentioned, I will detail the aspects that, in my opinion, stood out the most about this film:

• Costumes: Something that I love about this saga and in particular this installment, is the clothing of the characters, being this quite formal and varied, going from simple suits, gala suits, tactical clothing and hobo, which make the diversity of costumes is quite a lot, not to mention that many of these outfits are impressive, specially designed for our killer to go out to work, but mainly in this film, to defend himself from those who want to kill him.

• Culture: Unlike the previous installments, in which we did not leave the cities, in this one the exploration was taken to another level, passing through the dark neighborhoods to deserts in the middle of nowhere, in which our characters must survive the environment, in addition, the difference in cultures, is something that is clearly seen thanks to the different fighting styles, languages, etc.

As I mentioned earlier, here we will be able to see a variety of scenarios quite large, since, not only we will have to see our character in the city, running and fighting sublimely, against enemies who want his head, it should be noted, this time, our beloved character will travel to other areas, in which the terrain in the vast majority of cases, is not in his favor, passing through an overwhelming desert and are in a territory where only has an ally thanks to the seal of blood.

Places like alleys, aqueducts, bars, Indian bazaars and many others are locations where our protagonist is frequently found, giving way open to that, the directors had to make these scenarios, something more attached to reality. Simply impressive, I was really impressed by the large number of places you can see in this film, giving it a total versatility, very different from what we saw in the previous 2 films of the saga.

In this section I will detail what would be the ability that the characters have to face against others using their own resources, these are usually hand-to-hand combat, with bladed weapons, guns, rifles or even a pencil, these being the deadly techniques that we can see in this movie. So, I will show you the ones that for me are the general ones around the whole conflict that our protagonist goes through and of course, the ones that I liked the most:

• Body to Body: In the bare-knuckle confrontations, we can appreciate Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate and Muay Thai techniques, apart clearly from the ability of each one to improvise on the fights, taking advantage of the environment in their favor, with the aim of knocking down, hitting or throwing the opponent.

• White Weapons: Using knives, daggers, swords, bats among many others, there are also characters who have a great ability to use these weapons to exterminate his opponent with cuts and stabs, these are very colorful and have a fairly polished combat aesthetics.

• Distance: Using pistols, rifles, machine guns, the parties involved will also use all kinds of ranged weapons to eliminate their rival without caring at all if he is unarmed or not, since, each one separately, is a lethal weapon on its own.

The fights in this movie are some of the best you can get in the action genre, as they are quite extensive and varied, with a drama in it to give us several surprises as the fights develop, with scenarios that are quite exploited by the fighters, they will be thrown through walls, buildings and hit with tables, pillars and anything in their environment making this something totally incredible.

Again, we begin what would be my favorite section in all my reviews, I know I always comment on it, however, it is the part that I am most excited to write, because, thanks to the characters, is that the story develops, so, it is time where I can finally talk about those who, in my opinion were the most prominent in this story.

• John Wick: Our beloved main character Jonathan, this man was at the top of the underworld as a murderer, when he falls in love, he breaks away from all this to live as a normal man with his wife, one abnormal day she dies of an illness, leaving him a small dog and a promise not to return to that world. Certain men attacked him, stole and killed his dog, after this John returned to his old life, becoming what he is today, the most wanted man among assassins, with a cold personality and the best skills to kill. Will this man achieve his salvation?

• Bowery King: A very controversial character and information trafficker, this man reigns in the underworld of the city with an iron fist, working from the shadows and without seeing the light of day on a recurring basis, he has no problem manipulating anyone for his interests, his ability is his ability to obtain information and manipulate others to get what he wants, a perfect king of the underworld. What does this sinister man plan to do?

• Winston: For me one of the best characters, with a way of speaking so elegant and a dress worthy of a gentleman, this man runs "The Continental", a hotel in which the assassins meet, he supported John when he was put on the list with an overwhelming price, a cold person, calculating, but does not lose the ethics of a gentleman, this guy is always wrapped in an aura of mystery and do not know what will be the next thing he will do. Will this man be able to help John or could he be hiding something more sinister?

I have reached the end of another review of one of the sagas of action movies that I like the most and as I said, one of the best I've seen, besides, I'm looking forward to the continuation of this great movie as soon as possible, because it has a lot of potential and I want to see how the story of our beloved character "John Wick" will be developed. Última entrega de esta brutal saga de películas enfocadas en nuestro protagonista John Wick, luego de volver al mundo de los asesinatos y bajos fondos, el temible “John” mejor conocido como “Boogeyman”, se encuentra en un camino hacia su salvación en los confines del mundo, donde se encuentra practicamente solo contra una gran cantidad de asesinos que buscan ganar la recompensa por su cabeza, teniendo esto claro, nuestro protagonista tiene la misión de sobrevivir y encontrar la forma de revocar el precio que hay por su cabeza, llegando a las últimas consecuencias y eliminando a quien se cruce en su camino, en esta brutal entrega Jonathan es traicionado, cazado y agredido frecuentemente, dándonos enfrentamientos increíbles, con una escenografía bastante diferente a la de sagas anteriores. ¿Podrá John sobrevivir y encontrar la manera de salvarse?

Esta es una película que tiene ya varios años de haberse estrenado y estoy consciente de que saldrá la continuación en el año 2023, pero, igual que las anteriores películas, debo decir que esta es una de las mejores sagas de acción que he visto alguna vez. “Parabellum”, una entrega magnífica en cuanto a acción y peleas se refiere, con un actor de los mejores como “Keanu Reeves”, el cual protagonizo la misma y que le da un toque bastante especial a este film, puesto que su estilo de actuación le queda excepcional al enigmático personaje de “John Wick”, caracterizado por demostrar pocas emociones, siendo una total máquina de matar.

Esta película atrapa al espectador de una forma increíble, debido a que la misma tiene una historia increíble, la cual se desarrolla muy bien al igual que los personajes dentro de la misma, no deja en evidencia ningun aspecto negativo en particular, ya que, está muy bien desarrollada y cuidada en cuanto a detalles se refiere, por ende, puedo decir que, se encuentra en mi top del género acción.
En base la comentado anteriormente, detallaré los aspectos que, en mi opinión, más resaltaron sobre este film:

• Vestimenta: Algo que me encanta de esta saga y en particular esta entrega, es la vestimenta de los personajes, siendo esta bastante formal y variada, yendo desde trajes sencillos, trajes de gala, vestimenta táctica y vagabundo, los cuales hacen que la diversidad de vestuario sea bastante, sin mencionar que muchos de estos atuendos son impresionantes, especialmente diseñados para que nuestro asesino salga a trabajar, pero principalmente en esta película, para defenderse de aquellos que quieren matarlo.

• Cultura: A diferencia de las anteriores entregas, en las cuales no salimos de las ciudades, en esta la exploración se llevó a otro nivel, pasando por los oscuros barrios hasta desiertos en medio de la nada, en los cuales, nuestros personajes deberán sobrevivir al ambiente, ademas, la diferencia de culturas, es algo que se ve claramente gracias a los diferentes estilos de pelea, lenguajes, etc.

Como mencione anteriormente, aquí podremos ver una variedad de escenarios bastante grande, ya que, no solo tendremos que ver a nuestro personaje en la ciudad, corriendo y peleando de forma sublime, contra los enemigos que quieren su cabeza, cabe destacar, en esta ocasión, nuestro querido personaje viajará a otras zonas, en las cuales el terreno en la gran mayoría de casos, no está a su favor, pasando por un desierto abrumador y están en un territorio donde solo tiene una aliada gracias a el sello de sangre.

Lugares como callejones, acueductos, bares, bazares de la india y muchos otros son locaciones donde nuestra protagonista se encuentra frecuentemente, dando paso abierto a que, los directores tuvieran que hacer de estos escenarios, algo más apegado a la realidad. Sencillamente impresionante, realmente me impresiono la gran cantidad de lugares que puede ver en este film, dándole una versatilidad total, muy diferente a lo que vimos en las 2 anteriores películas de la saga.

En esta sección detallare lo que sería la habilidad que tienen los personajes para enfrentarse contra otros utilizando sus propios recursos, estos normalmente son combates cuerpo a cuerpo, con armas blancas, pistolas, rifles o incluso un lápiz, siendo estas las técnicas mortales que podemos ver en esta película. Así que, les mostrare las que para mí son las generales entorno a todo el conflicto por el que pasa nuestro protagonista y por supuesto, las que más me gustaron:

• Cuerpo a Cuerpo: En los enfrentamientos a puño limpio, podemos apreciar técnicas de Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate y Muay Thai, aparte claramente de la capacidad de cada uno de improvisar sobre los combates, aprovechando el entorno a su favor, con el objetivo de derribar, golpear o lanzar al oponente.

• Armas Blancas: Empleando cuchillos, dagas, espadas, bates entre muchos otros, también hay personajes que tienen una gran habilidad al utilizar estas armas para exterminar a su rival con cortes y puñaladas, estas son muy vistosas y tienen una estética de combate bastante pulida.

• Distancia: Usando pistolas, rifles, ametralladoras, las partes implicadas también usaran todo tipo de armas a distancia para eliminar a su rival sin importarles en absoluto si esta desarmado o no, ya que, cada uno por separado, es un arma letal por sí solo.

Los enfrentamientos en esta película son de los mejores que se pueden conseguir dentro del género de acción, ya que son bastante extensos y variados, con un drama en el mismo para de esta forma, darnos varias sorpresas acordes se van desarrollando las peleas, con escenarios que son bastante aprovechados por parte de los peleadores, estos serán lanzados a través de paredes, edificios y golpeados con mesas, pilares y cualquier cosa en su entorno haciendo de ests, algo totalmente increíble.

Nuevamente, comenzamos la que sería mi sección favorita en todas mis reseñas, sé que siempre la comento, sin embargo, es la parte que más me emociona escribir, ya que, gracias a los personajes, es que se desarrolla la historia, así que, es el momento donde por fin puedo hablar de los que, en mi opinión fueron los más destacados en esta historia.

• John Wick: Nuestro querido personaje principal Jonathan, este hombre estuvo en la cúspide de los bajos fondos como asesino, cuando este se enamora, se desliga de todo esto para vivir como un hombre normal con su esposa, un día anormal la misma muere de una enfermedad, dejándole un pequeño perro y la promesa de no volver a ese mundo. Ciertos hombres lo atacaron, robaron y mataron su perro, luego de esto John volvió a su antigua vida, llegando a lo que es hoy, el hombre más buscado entre los asesinos, con una personalidad fría y las mejores habilidades para matar... ¿Logrará este hombre su salvación?

• Bowery King: Un personaje bastante controversial y traficante de información, este hombre reina en los bajos fondos de la ciudad con mano de hierro, trabajando desde las sombras y sin ver la luz del día de forma recurrente, el mismo no tiene ningún problema en manipular a nadie por sus intereses, su habilidad es su capacidad de obtener información y manipular a los demás para obtener lo que quiere, un perfecto rey del bajo mundo. ¿Qué planea este siniestro hombre?

• Winston: Para mí uno de los mejores personajes, con una manera de hablar tan elegante y una vestimenta digna de un caballero, este hombre dirige "El Continental", un hotel en el cual, se reúnen los asesinos, este apoyo a John cuando fue puesto en la lista con un precio abrumador, un persona frío, calculador, pero que no pierde la ética de un caballero, este sujeto siempre está envuelto en un aura de misterios y no se sabe que será lo próximo que hará. ¿Logrará este hombre ayudar a John o podría esconder algo más siniestro?

He llegado al final de otra reseña de una de las sagas de películas de acción que más me gustan y como ya comenté, una de las mejores que he visto, ademas, estoy esperando con muchas ansias que llegue lo más pronto posible la continuación de esta gran película, ya que tiene mucho potencial y quiero ver como se termina de desarrollar la historia de nuestro querido personaje “John Wick”. Espero hayan disfrutado de este post, tanto como yo disfrute el escribirlo para ustedes, así que, si por causalidad no se han animado a ver esta saga, les recomiendo mucho que inicien de una vez, estoy segura que no se arrepentirán.
