Many of these films are returning because they have a new story to tell, while others are returning as adaptations—perfect for revisiting that classic, but now in a much more modern version. That’s why we have a new version of Anaconda that combines both elements—it isn’t the best, but it aims to create a new jungle adventure with a pretty daring concept and manage to elicit a few laughs.

Por eso llega una nueva versión de Anaconda que combina ambos puntos, donde no es la mejor, solo apuesta en crear una nueva aventura en la selva con una idea bastante arriesgada y lograr sacar varias sonrisas.

Many versions of this movie have been released, and in all of them, the jungle isn’t just portrayed as a dangerous place, but as an unpredictable setting where anything can happen, where the slightest mistake could be the end. Furthermore, the famous anaconda appears in those unexpected moments, creating tension in the film and driving the story forward, as well as showing how the characters react to the situation—where there is danger, there is clumsiness, and many elements that make it all work.

Esta es una producción que ha dado de que hablar, ya que más allá de una historia de supervivencia, esta versión se siente como una aventura más, nuevos personajes y ahora es su momento de poder recrear su propia película, donde cada uno de ellos tiene su personalidad, inseguridades, frustraciones y una necesidad casi urgente de romper la rutina para poder ir por esa anaconda, la cual les dará el susto más grande sus vidas.

Han sacado muchas versiones de esta película y en todas la selva no se presenta únicamente como un lugar peligroso, sino como un escenario impredecible donde todo puede pasar, donde el mínimo error puede ser el final. Además, la famosa anaconda aparece en esos momentos inesperados y permite crear esa tensión en la película y seguir la historia hacia adelante, como también cómo reaccionan los personajes ante la situación, donde hay peligro, hay torpeza y muchos elementos que hacen que todo funcione.

Another thing that adds value is the humor they inject, which creates some hilarious scenes and offers something fresh—even though there are moments that bring to mind the original film in this franchise. Still, there are those out-of-place lines, an over-the-top reaction, or a situation that clearly shouldn’t be happening.

The end result is something lighter—an imperfect story with some great moments and others that don’t quite fit, but it never gets tedious. That’s why Anaconda doesn’t set out to reinvent the genre; it just aims to create a pleasant experience, bring a smile to your face, and, along the way, remind you that even the simplest ideas can become memorable if executed with the right intent.

Otras de las cosas que le aporta valor es el humor que le colocan y de esa manera poder crear escenas de mucha risa y así poder generar algo distinto, a pesar de que aparecen momentos para recordar la película original de esta franquicia. Aun así están esos diálogos fuera de lugar, una reacción exagerada, una situación que claramente no debería estar pasando.

Donde el resultado final es algo más ligero, una historia imperfecta, con momentos muy buenos y otros que no terminan de encajar, pero que nunca se vuelve pesada. Por eso Anaconda no busca reinventar el género, solo crear un momento agradable, sacarte una sonrisa y, de paso, recordarte que incluso las ideas más simples pueden convertirse en algo memorable si se hacen con la intención correcta.
