Uno estaba acostumbrado a ver Pinocho en cuentos y en las obras de Disney, uno también se enternecía con esas cosas de no decir las mentiras a expensas de que uno de niño no le creciera la nariz en eso de observar: Versiones tradicionales.
En este 2023, consideré que "El Gato con Botas, El último deseo" debió haber ganado el Oscar a Mejor película animada (Por muchas razones) Llegan las premiaciones y zuas, gana "Pinocho de Guillermo del Toro" pero ¿De qué trata esta historia?

Dicen los medios cinéfilos y la crítica, que para producir esta obra, se tardaron más de 15 años, porque fue hecha bajo la técnica del Stop Moption, que es fotografiar cuadro por cuadro, maquetas y miniaturas moldeables; esto se traduce a varios miles y miles de fotogramas en una película que dura exactamente dos horas...
Esta versión dista de otras que hemos visto. Es una hermosa película que entra dentro de la comedia blanca, drama, surrealismo y musical, donde además impera el amor de padre y el amor de hijo; ambientada en los tiempos de la Primera Guerra Mundial.
Se entretejen los valores humanos como esa premisa que uno desea que prevalezca en momentos en los cuáles, los conflictos bélicos hacen tanto daño en nuestras vidas. Sin embargo; para algunas personas, la ambición y la avaricia son elementos de explotación y ruina para el prójimo y en ese aspecto, aún estando en crisis, no exhime que los inescrupulosos no dejen de ser una errada esencia y un mal ejemplo...

La técnica de stopmotion, en este Pinocho, tienen un realismo mágico muy verosímil e impactante. Por ello, creemos todo lo que observamos, creemos en todas las recreaciones y animaciones. Algo inédito en este tipo de producciones, que lo lleva a un nivel magistral, vemos lo humano y trascendente de esta historia. Eso incluye la empatía por las emociones, sentimientos y nostalgias con indicios realmente impresionantes.
Tal como afirmamos con anterioridad, no nos extrañemos y aunque suene a locura, que en un futuro cercano, los papeles humanos que son nominados al Óscar, en un futuro puedan también estar acompañado con renglones de mejores actuaciones animadas como por ejemplo: Mejor Actor/personaje Animado o Mejor personaje o Actor de reparto animado...
Es un supuesto, pero queda demostrado ya, que una película animada no tiene nada que envidiar en concepto, verosimilitud y taquilla a una película realizada con personajes humanos. Sino veamos casos recientes de las emociones despertadas con obras como estas (En cuanto al alcance, taquilla y éxito como Super Mario Bross, El Gato con Botas y este mismo Pinocchio)

Los colores y efectos visuales para ser stopmotion son muy impresionantes, Imagino que ver esto, en el cine debe ser una experiencia mágica. En lo personal. La vi en una tablet y de la película puedo afirmar el gran impacto visual en su definición, matices y brillantez de lo visual...
Sigue Guillermo del Toro acumulando premios Oscar en su haber, un homenaje a quien es un artista; y lo más bueno de esto, es, sentirnos orgullosos de los logros de este insigne mexicano como representante de nuestra cultura latina.
A esta obra, a la cual no le tenía mucha fe, le doy 10 de 10 considerándola "Excelente" Ojo, es mi apreciación personal de búho pero al final, quien la ve; puede coincidir o no con mi apreciación. Hasta la próxima, Dios les bendiga...
