SILVESTER STALLONE, UN HÉROE DE LA INFANCIA
Admirar las películas dominicales en casa, es uno de los recuerdos que más atesoro en el corazón. Esos momentos de televisión que ve un niño de 8 o 9 años en blanco y negro, sin entender porque no podían ser esas imágenes a color, como la vida real, pero mientras mamá ajustaba presupuesto, tocaba seguir viendo televisión dominical a blanco y negro. De repente apareció “Rocky” y en cada película dentro de sus secuelas, era imposible no meterse en el personaje y querer pelear y ganarle a todos tus adversarios. Eso produce la magia del cine (Menos el querer vestirte de Superman y querer volar sin tener superpóderes, eso si es fatal)
Vivimos el estrellato de esta leyenda del cine y la seguimos viviendo con producciones como “Los Indestructibles”

¿QUÉ PODEMOS DECIR DE SAMARITAN?
Es una especie de película que uno al principio ve como otra película de superhéroes, y es un poco disvariante ver a Silvester Stallone, haciendo de uno. De verdad, hace un trabajo impecable metiéndose en el papel de un superhéroe que quiere estar en el anonimato, quizás para alejarse de ese pasado lleno de matices oscuros.
¿Quién en la vida no ha querido dejar atrás los errores del pasado y quiere reivindicarse consigo mismo? Eso de querernos apartar de aquello que nos lastima es algo humano de quienes en verdad quieren buscar perdones personales. Es allí donde ocurren una serie de eventos que hacen de una ciudad en caos, la imperiosa necesidad de tener a alguien que atrape a los malos y ponga orden.

WHAT CAN WE SAY ABOUT SAMARITAN?
It's a kind of movie that at first you see as another superhero movie, and it's a little jarring to see Silvester Stallone playing one. Seriously, he does an impeccable job of playing the role of a superhero who wants to be anonymous, perhaps to get away from that past full of dark nuances.
Who in life hasn't wanted to leave mistakes behind? from the past and wants to vindicate himself? Wanting to distance ourselves from what hurts us is something human for those who truly want to seek personal forgiveness. It is there where a series of events occur that turn a city into chaos, the urgent need to have someone to catch the bad guys and bring order.

Samaritan, pretende no salir a flote pero el pasado regresa al presente y en ese preciso momento ocurre el clímax y el conflicto, en momentos muy bien logrados en cuánto a trama y al desarrollo del personaje.
Vaya que esta obra para ser una película de acción y de fantasía, nos introduce en las pieles de cada personaje y eso es algo que se logra con buenos diálogos, buena trama y buenos actores. Navegando por internet pude apreciar que “Samaritan” tiene opiniones encontradas. Bueno; en lo personal, me pareció fascinante esta obra. El final es muy impactante, sorpresivo y fuera de cliché. Ojalá las nuevas producciones del futuro, den señales de sorprender al público, en este género con nuevas propuestas y matices capaces de entretenernos cada vez más.
En lo personal, desde “Avengers: Endgame” estas superproducciones no han vuelto a calar y llenar los bolsillos de los grandes estudios.
"Samaritan" a pesar de no ser tan taquillera tuvo relevancia en el público, en un año 2.022, un año de recuperación Post pandemia, donde urge conocer nuevos giros y dejarnos tomar por sorpresa luego de tanto encierro y monotonía.
El cine siempre tiene ese encanto y esa magia de sumerginos en maravillosos mundos. Ahora con esto del Streaming y el cine en casa. Las salas de cine quedan como una opción más y no la opción más importante. Estos son nuevos tiempos y el cine donde uno quiera, cuando quiera y cuántas veces se quiera, con un buen computador y buen internet está en la palestra. Hasta la próxima, Dios les bendiga…

Hopefully the new productions of the future will show signs of surprising the public, in this genre with new proposals and nuances capable of entertaining us more and more.
Personally, since “Avengers: Endgame” these blockbusters have not made a comeback and filled the pockets of the big studios.
"Samaritan" despite not being such a box office hit, was relevant in the public, in a year 2022, a year of Post-pandemic recovery, where it is urgent to know new twists and let ourselves be taken by surprise after so much confinement and monotony.
Cinema always has that charm and that magic of immersing us in wonderful worlds. Now with this thing about Streaming and home cinema. Movie theaters remain just another option and not the most important option.
