Este era solo uno de los propósitos que se trataba nuestra Bridget Jones cada año, además de bajar de peso, dejar de fumar, entre otros y en especial luego de sobrevivir a los estigmas sociales, en especial a los de su madre que cada año le busca algún pretendiente por temor a que su hija se quede solterona, ya que tiene más de 30 y sigue sin una relación estable.

Bridget, es interpretada por Renée Zellweger, junto a los actores, Colin Firth quien es Mark Darcy un abogado Británico excelente en su oficio y además divorciado, Hugh Grant, quien es Daniel Cleaver jefe de Bridget y cuenta justo con los atributos que quiere evitar con su propósito de año, además de ser un mujeriego empedernido. Cabe destacar que Mark y Daniel, tienen un pasado nada agradable y esto complicará más las cosas.
Recuerdo que ví por primera vez el diario de Bridget Jones siendo una adolescente y me daba mucha gracia en especial por la excelente actuación de Renée, con cada error de Bridget, cada vez que parecía tonta por no saber expresarse ante el público, pero lo que siempre me ha gustado de ella es que a pesar de todo lo que le pasa siempre vuelve a tener ánimos y sus amigos están allí para apoyarla.

Las familias Británicas y de otros países pueden llegar a ser muy tradicionales y al ver a una mujer de cierta edad soltera, sin duda les va a dar preocupación de que se quede sola. Esto lleva a la mamá de Bridget a ser un poco intensa con el tema y causa más presión en ella, quien sabe que debe cambiar muchas cosas, pero al final consigue quien la ame tal y como es.

En mi caso solo había visto las 2 primeras, del 2001 y 2004, pero ya me enteré que hay una tercera parte y pronto les contaré mis impresiones sobre ella.

In my case I had only seen the first 2, from 2001 and 2004, but I already found out that there is a third part and soon I will tell you my impressions about it.
