Siempre he dicho que las películas, más allá del género y algunos más en específico, nos hablan, mostrando esa realidad que muchas veces aún conociendo que existe, no queremos ver o nos hacemos ajenos a ella, porque "no nos pasa a nosotros". Night Hunter, conocida en español como "El juego del Asesino", es una película que muestra el peligro real existente y los secuestros que pueden darse, a través de una conexión en línea.

No soy Fan de Henry Cavil (porque tampoco soy fan de Superman jajaja), sin embargo me gustó mucho su actuación en esta película, donde está acompañado de otros grandes Actores como lo son Ben Kingsley, quien interpreta a un juez retirado que busca venganza y no descansará hasta conseguirla. También actúa junto a ellos, Stanley Tucci, a quien realmente le quedan muy bien papeles tanto de Policía o director, como de modista jajaja.

I've always said that movies, beyond their genre and specific themes, speak to us, revealing a reality that we often choose to ignore or detach ourselves from because "it doesn't happen to us." Night Hunter, known in Spanish as En el juego del asesino, is a film that showcases the real dangers that exist, including kidnappings that can occur through online connections.

I'm not a fan of Henry Cavill (mainly because I'm not a fan of Superman, haha), but I really enjoyed his performance in this movie. He is joined by other great actors, such as Ben Kingsley, who plays a retired judge seeking revenge and won't stop until he gets it. Also starring alongside them is Stanley Tucci, who truly excels in roles as a police officer, director, or even a fashion designer, haha.

Henry Cavil, es Marshal un agente de la fuerza policial, que está detrás de la investigación de un crímen y quién descubre observando bien el cuerpo de la víctima, que esta había sido secuestrada antes y lo que realizó fue un suicidio. Justo con ese crímen inicia la película. Marshal además tiene una hija, a la que según yo, no sobre proteje, si no más bien proteje como cualquier Padre debería hacerlo y más aun cuando trabajas como Marshal, todos los días viendo víctimas de secuestros, violaciones y abusos.

La película tiene algo de suspenso y en especial tiene acertijos, justo por la parte policial y de investigación. Hay cosas que en el momento no quedan claras, pero se van descubriendo hasta el último momento. ¿Quién es el asesino? ¿Actúa solo? ¿Realmente tiene problemas? ¿Le hará algo a la hija de Marshal? Son solo algunas preguntas que nos haremos durante la trama, algunas con respuestas afirmativas y otras con respuestas negativas.

Ser padres es una gran responsabilidad. Hablar claro con nuestros hijos a veces no basta, porque el peligro siempre acecha. Muchas veces se culpa a los padres o víctimas, pero realmente la culpa es del agresor, del que tiene maldad en su mente y corazón, del que sin pudor va quitando vidas o haciendo daño. En esta película, Marshal, tendrá que enseñarle a su hija a protegerse y además deberá unirse con el Ex juez que ahora es un justiciero por cuenta aparte, para lograr atrapar al asesino.

Vivimos en un mundo caído y cada día hay más gente enferma de la mente, aún cuando no lo aparenten.

Henry Cavill plays Marshall, a law enforcement officer investigating a crime. He discovers, by closely examining the victim's body, that she had previously been kidnapped and that what took place was actually a suicide. The movie begins with this crime. Marshall also has a daughter, whom I believe he doesn’t overprotect, but rather protects as any father should—especially considering his line of work, where he deals daily with cases of kidnappings, assaults, and abuse.

The movie has some suspense and, particularly, riddles stemming from the police investigation. There are moments when things seem unclear, but they unravel up until the very end. Who is the killer? Is he acting alone? Does he truly have psychological issues? Will he harm Marshall's daughter? These are just a few of the questions we’ll ask ourselves throughout the plot—some with affirmative answers, others negative.

Parenthood is a great responsibility. Sometimes, being clear with our children isn’t enough because danger is always lurking. Parents or victims are often blamed, but the true blame lies with the aggressor—the one with evil in their mind and heart, who shamelessly takes lives or causes harm. In this movie, Marshall must teach his daughter how to protect herself while also teaming up with the former judge-turned-vigilante to catch the killer.
