Si te gustó el Live Action de La Sirenita, está muy bien, pero debo advertirte que está más que una opinión, es una crítica y que es solo eso, algo que creo o pienso sobre esta película.
If you liked the Live Action of The Little Mermaid, that's fine, but I must warn you that this is more than an opinion, it's a review and it's just that, something I believe or think about this movie.
Hablemos de la Mala Publicidad:
Creo que la mala publicidad no existe, así que independientemente de que Ariel fuera Bailey o alguna otra actriz, yo iba a ver la película. Pero en las redes habían tantos comentarios racistas que me hicieron pensar que no solo se es racista porque la actriz sea de color, si no que también se podría ver como un ataque racista de Disney, hacía las personas blancas.
Let's talk about Bad Publicity:
I think there's no such thing as bad publicity, so regardless of whether Ariel was Bailey or some other actress, I was going to see the movie. But there were so many racist comments on the networks that made me think that not only is it racist because the actress is of color, but it could also be seen as a racist attack by Disney on white people.
Live Action:
Dicho lo anterior, no hay problema que la Sirenita sea blanca, morena o de tez de color. Si su cabello es rubio, rojo o marrón, pero si la película fuera otra historia. Sin embargo, cuando me dicen que es un Live Action, me dicen que es hacer la misma película, pero en lugar de hacerla animada, será más realista. Entonces, no puedes cambiar a los personajes y menos el aspecto del personaje principal.
Live Action:
That said, there is no problem if the Little Mermaid is white, brunette or colored complexion. If her hair is blonde, red or brown, but if the movie would be another story. However, when they tell me it's a Live Action, they tell me it's making the same movie, but instead of making it animated, it will be more realistic. Sobre los aspectos "Realistas":
¡Dios mío! No solo me ví "La Sirenita y la Sirenita 2, el regreso al mar", también veía la serie, llamada "Las aventuras de Ariel" y todo esto lo hacía junto a mis hermanas e incluso siendo adulta ví una y otra vez la película animada y se la enseñé a mi hija, quien también la vió muchas veces. Entonces¿cómo no amar a los compañeros de Ariel, Flounder y Sebastián?
No dije nada cuando Ariel, representada por "Halle Bailey" apareció, le había dado una oportunidad, pero cuando ví a Flounder y Sebastián, noooo, sencillamente eran horribles, entonces mi hermana 
About the "Realistic" aspects:
My God!, not only did I watch "The Little Mermaid and The Little Mermaid 2, The Return to the Sea", I also watched the series, called "The Adventures of Ariel" and I did all this together with my sisters and even as an adult I watched the animated movie over and over again and showed it to my daughter, who also watched it many times. So how could I not love Ariel companions, Flounder and Sebastian?
I said nothing when Ariel, portrayed by "Halle Bailey" appeared, I had given her a chance, but when I saw Flounder and Sebastian, noooo, they were simply horrible, then my sister
Y sí, sé que ningún animal habla en la vida real, pero si hablamos de tratar de mantener aspectos realistas, trata de que no hable un pájaro dentro del agua, si no en su habitat natural, gracias. Y qué le pasó a Flounder y a la voz cubana de Sebastián.
Por otra parte, en el agua habían demasiados efectos y computación, eran muy notorios y algunos demasiado malos, comparados incluso con la animación, como por ejemplo los rayos del tridente del Rey Tritón.
And yes, I know that no animal talks in real life, but if we are talking about trying to keep realistic aspects, try not to have a bird talking in the water, but in its natural habitat, thank you. And what happened to Flounder and Sebastian's Cuban voice.
On the other hand, in the water there were too many effects and computation, they were very noticeable and some were too bad, even compared to the animation, like for example the rays of King Triton trident.
Los actores:
Debo decir que Halle Bailey salvó varias escenas y por ende un poco la película. Si actuación incluso siendo ya humana, fue sutil y podía verse la gracia en ella. También debo resaltar la actuación del Mayordomo de Erick, sobre todo una de las últimas escenas con el anillo, estuvo genial y la actuación de Jessica Alexander, siendo "Vanessa" también estuvo bien y el único personaje más parecido que cualquier otro, fue el de Úrsula.
The Actors:
I must say that Halle Bailey saved several scenes and thus the movie a bit. If acting even being already human, was subtle and you could see the grace in her. I must also highlight the performance of Erick's Butler, especially one of the last scenes with the ring, he was great and Jessica Alexander's performance, being "Vanessa" was also good and the only character more similar than any other, was Ursula.
Ahora hablemos de Erick 🤣🙊, Lo siento, pero su representación fue algo insípida y fue un personaje que para mí aportó muy poco siendo uno de los principales. Pudo ser mejor, hubieron escenas rescatables si, pero ni siquiera pude entender su historia al inicio y me pregunté varias veces si era adoptado, hasta que repetimos unas escenas y si.
Now let's talk about Erick 🤣🙊, I'm sorry, but his representation was somewhat insipid and it was a character that for me contributed very little being one of the main characters. It could have been better, there were redeemable scenes yes, but I couldn't even understand his story at the beginning and I wondered several times if he was adopted, until we replayed a few scenes and yes.
Y para finalizar, la boda 💒:
¡¿En serio no pudo ser mejor?! Okey es la playa, Ariel seguro olía a pescado, pero realmente ese traje no me gustó y entiendo que hablamos de otras épocas, pero igual, no es solo Ariel o la Sirenita, hablamos de una princesa de Disney.
Y el final fue tan, extraño, todos se veían terribles fuera del mar 🌊, algunos hasta daban miedo y es culpa del uso excesivo de filtro y efectos para cuando ellos estaban "bajo del mar, bajoooo del mar"
Por cierto, la canción me gustó mucho, fue el momento de la película. El verdadero momento. Y bueno, eso es todo, como dije, si a ustedes les gustó todo, está bien, lo acepto, está es solo mi opinión jajajaja
And to finish, the wedding 💒:
Seriously it couldn't have been better!!! Okey it's the beach, Ariel sure smelled like fish, but I really didn't like that outfit and I understand we're talking about other times, but still, it's not just Ariel or the Little Mermaid, we're talking about a Disney princess.
And the ending was so, weird, everyone looked terrible out of the sea 🌊, some were even scary and it's the fault of the excessive use of filter and effects for when they were "under the sea, under the sea, under the sea".
By the way, I really liked the song, it was the moment of the movie. The real moment. And well, that's it, like I said, if you guys liked everything, that's fine, I accept it, this is just my opinion hahahahaha.
