Synopsis
In the year 1920, in Transylvania several girls are murdered, and detective Amelia Van Helsing is the one who leads the investigation after what could be a serial killer. All the women killed are redheaded and have bite marks on their necks. Amelia does not believe in vampires because she believes only myths and legends until Mina, her fiancée, disappears.

En el año 1920, en Transilvania varias chicas son asesinadas, y la detective Amelia Van Helsing es quien lleva la investigación tras lo que pudiera ser un asesino en serie. Todas las mujeres asesinadas son pelirrojas y tienen mordeduras en su cuello. Amelia no cree en vampiros pues cree que solo mitos y leyendas hasta que Mina, su prometida desaparece.

To be a film set in the 1920s, I would have loved that dominant sepia color before a color film, because there are scenes where they appear in sepia and the rest of the environment in color, it's like a contradiction. The film shows a young Dracula where the concept of terror that we are used to seeing in this style is scarce. It is a version of the Dracula movies more focused on an investigation for the capture of a murderer, which seems to me a new alternative, since it is already more than half a century since the character of Bram Stoker has been brought to the big screen. And always the theme of vampires will be a good alternative to the genre of suspense and terror.
Para ser una película ambientada en los años de 1920, me hubiese encantado ese color sepia dominante ante una película a color, pues hay escenas donde estas aparecen en color sepia y el resto del entorno a color, es como una contradicción. La película muestra a un joven Drácula donde el concepto del terror a la que estamos acostumbrados a ver en este estilo es escaso. Es una versión de las películas de Drácula más centrada en una investigación por la captura de un asesino, lo cual me parece una nueva alternativa, pues ya son más de medio siglo desde que el personaje de Bram Stoker ha sido llevado a la gran pantalla. Y siempre la temática de vampiros van a ser una buena alternativa al género del suspenso y del terror.
