Traición...

Una palabra bastante fuerte si hablamos tanto de una película como en la vida real, pero con respecto a los cuerpos de seguridad es algo muy común que tienen que hacer para poder descubrir al responsable de los homicidios, y en esta película lo descubriremos.

Bienvenidos amigos cinemaniacos a mis reseñas de películas, en esta ocasión te presentó EL EXTRAÑO, una película de crimen, suspenso y drama donde la historia nos habla de un extraño hombre al que en el pasado cometió un asesinato de tal manera que los cuerpos de seguridad llevan años buscándolo.

Betrayal...

A pretty strong word if we talk about a movie as much as in real life, but with respect to the security forces is something very common that they have to do to discover the person responsible for the murders, and in this movie we will discover it.

Welcome friends cine maniacs to my movie reviews, this time I present you The STRANGER, a crime, suspense and drama movie where the story tells us about a strange man who in the past committed a murder so that the security forces have been looking for him for years.

Conoceremos la historia de Henry Peter (Sean Harris), un hombre solitario al quién los cuerpos de seguridad lo andan buscando desde hace años por un posible asesinato.

No se le conoce sus familiares ni nada de su vida pasada, pero logra captar mucho la atención de los policías por un secuestro y desaparición de una niña hace muchos años.

A ciencia cierta, los cuerpos de seguridad no saben que fue lo que hizo o como hizo para desaparecer un cuerpo sin dejar rastro alguno, y es por ese motivo por el que los policías intentaran hacer una maniobra con un policía en cubierto que se convertirá en su amigo para poder descubrir los males que este asesino ha hecho.

Honestamente, considero que el policía en cubierto hizo bastante bien para tratar de ganarse la confianza de Henry Peter, puesto que este decide ayudarlo con algunas gestiones y en la compra de un coche, no fue fácil lograr que el policía encubierto se hiciera amigo Henry, ya que este está siempre a la expectativa y no confía en nadie.

We will know the story of Henry Peter (Sean Harris), a lonely man who the security forces have been looking for him for years for a possible murder.

He has no known family members or anything about his past life, but manages to capture the attention of the police for a kidnapping and disappearance of a girl many years ago.

For sure, law enforcement doesn't know what he did or how he made a body disappear without a trace, and that's why the cops will try to make a stunt with a cop in cover who will become his friend in order to uncover the evils this killer has done.

Honestly, I consider that the undercover cop did quite well to try to gain Henry Peter's trust, since he decides to help him with some errands and in the purchase of a car, it was not easy to get the undercover cop to become Henry's friend, since he is always on the lookout and does not trust anyone.

El policía en cubierto llamado Paul (Steve Mouzakis) sigue tratando de ganarse la confianza de Henry, donde en esta ocasión Paul intentara meter a Henry en unos trabajos mafiosos para poder obtener un poco de dinero, el cual todos los que pertenecen a este grupo mafioso son policías encubiertos para poder obtener la confianza de Henry para así poder descubrir lo que este hombre ha hecho.

Los policías tuvieron bastante tiempo para poder planificar todo y lograr que Henry diga lo que hizo en el pasado, ya que este hombre luego de lo que hizo desapareció por un buen tiempo, no será muy fácil hacer que revele todo lo que hizo en el pasado, tomara su tiempo, primero hay que hacer que este hombre genere dinero y haga algunos trabajos que no tienen nada que ver con asesinatos, más bien intentaran que Henry sea el chofer de todos para llevarlos a los lugares donde los policías consideren que sea ideal para hacer un negocio mafioso y así no activar sospechas de Henry.

Sin lugar a dudas me sorprende mucho como manejan esta situación y como Henry cae en el juego de estos policías en cubierto para poderlo detener, pero hay una parte muy importante de esta película que aún no he mencionado en cuando lo de la traición.

The undercover cop named Paul (Steve Mouzakis) is still trying to gain Henry's trust, where this time Paul will try to get Henry into some mafia jobs to get some money, which all the people who belong to this mafia group are undercover cops in order to gain Henry's trust, so they can find out what this man has done.

The cops had enough time to plan everything and get Henry to say what he did in the past, since this man after what he did disappeared for a long time, it will not be very easy to make him reveal everything he did in the past, it will take time, first you have to make this man generate money and do some jobs that have nothing to do with murders, rather try to Henry is the driver of all to take them to places where the cops consider it is ideal to do a mafia business and thus not activate suspicions of Henry.

Undoubtedly I am very surprised how they handle this situation and how Henry falls into the game of these cops undercover to stop him, but there is a very important part of this film that I have not mentioned yet when it comes to betrayal.

Con el tiempo, Henry conoce a un compañero al que le dará trabajo, su nombre es Mark Frame (Joel Edgerton), quien se convertirá en su mejor amigo.

Es un hombre con aspecto a mafioso, su barba larga y su personalidad hace que Henry le tome confianza mucho más rápido, a demás de que siempre estarán juntos haciendo los recados de sus jefes, con el tiempo Mark comenzara a hablar un poco de su vida privada para hacer que Henry tenga más confianza y poderle sacar información de lo que este hombre ha hecho.

Over time, Henry meets a partner to whom he will give work, his name is Mark Frame (Joel Edgerton), who will become his best friend.

He is a man who looks like a mobster, his long beard and his personality makes Henry trust him much faster, besides that they will always be together doing errands for their bosses, eventually Mark will start to talk a little of his private life to make Henry more confident and to get information from him about what this man has done.

Honestamente, esta película me ha gustado mucho, la historia te sumerge de tal manera que te hace pensar que todos los que estan al lado de Henry son mafiosos, también considero que el trabajo de estos cuerpos de seguridad para poder obtener información de Henry fue muy buena.

Pero el hombre que se convirtió en su mejor amigo sintió mucha tristeza por Henry porque se había encariñado un poco a él, pero la ley es la ley y no hay que romperlas, más aún cuando se trata de un caso muy delicado y la desaparición de una persona.

Esta película es muy interesante, el drama y el misterio que hay en ella es muy buena y muy entretenida, tiene casi 2 horas de duración con un final muy dramático.

Los invito a verla, si les ha llamado la atención mi reseña, no olviden las palomitas de más para que puedan disfrutarla al 110%.

Ha tenido una muy buena crítica en Rotten tomatoes, 91% de los críticos amantes del cine, con una audiencia del 67%, aunque no solamente se base en porcentajes, sino también en gustos, a mi parecer ha sido bastante buena.

Honestly, I liked this movie a lot, the story immerses you in such a way that makes you think that all those who are next to Henry are mobsters, I also consider that the work of these security forces to get information from Henry was very good.

But the man who became his best friend felt very sad for Henry because he had become a little attached to him, but the law is the law, and we must not break them, even more when it is a very delicate case and the disappearance of a person.

This movie is very interesting, the drama and mystery in it is very good and very entertaining, it is almost 2 hours long with a very dramatic ending.
