Gemma, es una brillante ingeniero robótica de una empresa de juguetes con inteligencia artificial, Gemma se queda con la custodia de su sobrina luego de que su hermana y su cuñado tuvieran un horrible accidente, abrumada por ta gran responsabilidad crea una muñeca con inteligencia artificial que se encargue de la educación y protección de su sobrina, pero tal tarea se lo toma muy en serio.
Resumen: luego de la muerte de sus padres, Cady empieza a vivir con su tía Gemma, su tía materna, con la cual no tenía mucha relación, ya que está siempre estaba enfocada en su trabajo, pero luego del accidente de sus padres, ambas tienen que adaptarse a esta nueva vida, la casa de Gemma para nada estaba adaptada para una Niño.
En su afán de crearle un entretenimiento a su sobrina y de innovar con un nuevo juguete, crea a M3GAN, una muñeca/Robot con inteligencia artificial, creada con el fin de ser compañera de los niños. Megan se vuelve una herramienta fundamental en la vida de Cady, gracias a que esta programada a cuidarla, entenderla y enséñales todo lo que necesiten.
El problema empieza cuando Gemma le da la orden de proteger y cuidar a Caty, y Megan sin un claro razonamiento humano, no entiende el límite entre lo correcto o incorrecto y por proteger a Caty termina hiriendo a muchos.
Opinión: Está película me gusto muchísimo, tiene muchos puntos a favor, lo principal es que la inteligencia artificial aprende por sucesos, por historia y el ser humano hace cosas aberrantes en muchos casos, lo cual pueden entender esto como normal, que es lo que principalmente le pasa a Megan, también hablan mucho de la tecnología en la crianza de los niños, ya que a veces los padres o tutores usan estas herramientas por mantener a sus hijos calmados sin “que los molesten” y poder hacer sus cosas tranquilos, pero que el mejor apoyo es el ser humano y tenemos que darle entender eso a nuestros niños.
Las películas de terror suelen ser malas, llenas de efectos especiales malos y aburridas, terminan siendo olvidadas o solo recordadas por lo mala que fueron, pero no es el caso de esta, la historia me gusto demasiado, me gustaron los efectos de la película, buenos diálogos y si tiene su lógica, la verdad es algo que me da miedo que llegue a suceder, que empiecen existir robots que sean nuestros compañeros no lo veo tan lejos.
Esto no es Chucky ni todas sus secuelas, no es un muñeco diabólico, es un robot que no entiende las misiones clara o de manera en que un humano, ya que no lo es, Es una película que vale la pena ver.
Nota: lo único que me pareció innecesario fue el baile, me pareció muy tonto y no le aporto nada a la trama. Dicen que esto es el fenómeno “Tik tok” gracia a qué hay muchas escenas de películas se vuelven vírales, pero en la gran mayoría tienen sentido (como lo fue en Wednesday) pero en esta se pasó de tonto.

The problem begins when Gemma gives her the order to protect and take care of Caty, and Megan, without a clear human reasoning, does not understand the limit between what is right or wrong and to protect Caty ends up hurting many.
Opinion: I really liked this movie, it has many points in its favour, the main thing is that artificial intelligence learns by events, by history and human beings do aberrational things in many cases, which can be understood as normal, which is what mainly happens to Megan, they also talk a lot about technology in raising children, since sometimes parents or guardians use these tools to keep their children calm without "bothering them" and to be able to do their Don't worry, but the best support is the human being and we have to make our children understand that.
Horror movies are usually bad, full of bad and boring special effects, they end up being forgotten or only remembered for how bad they were, but this is not the case, I liked the story too much, I liked the effects of the movie, good dialogues and if it has its logic, the truth is something that scares me that it will happen, that robots that are our companions will begin to exist, I don't see it that far away.
This is not Chucky or all the sequels to him, it is not an evil doll, it is a robot that does not understand the missions clearly or in a way that a human, since it is not, is a movie worth watching.
Note: the only thing that seemed unnecessary to me was the dance, I thought it was very silly and it didn't add anything to the plot.
