The return to school will be on American time on Netflix: the SVoD service has posted a new teaser for the third season of its Sex Education series which will mark a new school year at Moordale high school for Otis and all his group of friends.
This teaser in original format is presented as an advertising video presenting the novelties to come at Moordale High School, including the arrival of new characters and new plots, but also new uniforms for a school year that will be unlike any other.
New story at Moordale High School
We thus discover for the first time two of the new characters who will arrive in this new season, starting with the chief director Hope played by Jemima Kirke, with her own style and who intend to change things at Moordale high school, starting with the introduction of uniforms for students.
All means will be good to restore the prestige of the school - but there is no doubt that the students will also have their say on these drastic changes. We also discover the character of Cal, the new student played by Dua Saleh. This third season will also see the arrival of the famous actor Jason Isaacs in the skin of Peter Groff - relentless seducer far from all ties, he is thus the complete opposite of his brother Adam Groff, who still forms a solid couple with Eric Effiong.

Still played by Asa Butterfield, the protagonist Otis has changed a lot since the first season - now more help with his sexuality, the young high school student formerly stuck and complexed now indulges in the pleasures of light relationships while his mother Jean - Gillian Anderson - getting ready to give birth to a new toddler. The usual cast is still there with Ncuti Gatwa as Eric, Connor Swindells as Adam, Emma Mackey as Maeve, Patricia Allison as Ola, Kedar Williams-Stirling as Jackson and late Tanya Reynolds as Lily.
The third season of Sex Education will be available from September 17, exclusively on Netflix. The first two seasons are available to stream on the service.
