Hola amigos de la comunidad de Movies & Tv el día de hoy ví una película basada en el libro de Nicholas Sparks - Querido John, la cual siempre quise ver pero por una razón u otra no me terminaba de dividir y ahora que la vi la verdad creo que es una película muy hermosa y pienso que el libro debe ser aún mejor, espero tener la oportunidad de leerlo en alguna ocasión. No pude evitar después de ver la película ir a mi Spotify y ponerme los audífonos para escuchar Dear John de Taylor Swift una agradable casualidad que ella sacara una canción que trata sobre algo personal en su vida pero que me recordó demasiado a la película y me encantó volver a revivir esa sensación de escuchar la canción como la primera vez.
Hello friends of the Movies & Tv community today I saw a movie today based on the book by Nicholas Sparks - Dear John, which I always wanted to see but for one reason or another I was never really divided and now that I saw it I think it's a very beautiful movie and I think the book must be even better, I hope to have the opportunity to read it sometime. I couldn't help but after watching the movie go to my Spotify and put on my headphones to listen to Dear John by Taylor Swift a nice coincidence that she released a song that is about something personal in her life but it reminded me too much of the movie and I loved reliving that feeling of listening to the song again like the first time.

John le cuenta a Savannah muchas cosas de su vida mientras se van conociendo y en una oportunidad la lleva a ella a la casa de él, allí Savannah conoce al padre de John, un hombre algo diferente que tiene una afición por las monedas y que le cuesta expresarse y comunicarse. Sin importar los problemas de comunicación Savannah logra sacarle conversación y él muy emocionado le empieza hablar acerca de su colección de monedas y del nombre y el año de cada una de estas. En el fondo John se pregunta porque su padre se ha comportado toda la vida de manera diferente a los demás pero deduce que el simplemente es así y lo acepta aunque no tienen una buena relación.
John tells Savannah many things about his life as they get to know each other and on one occasion he takes her to his house, there Savannah meets John's father, a somewhat different man who has a penchant for coins and has a hard time expressing himself and communicating. Regardless of the communication problems Savannah manages to get a conversation out of him and he very excitedly starts talking to her about his coin collection and the name and year of each coin. Deep down John wonders why his father has behaved differently than others all his life but he deduces that this is just the way he is and accepts it even though they don't have a good relationship.
Las cosas comienzan a ponerse difíciles cuando John tiene que regresar a las fuerzas especiales de la armada y Savannah debe regresar también a su vida normal a la universidad. Está película tiene muchas escenas de enfrentamientos de la guerra obviamente y John protagonizado por Channing Tatum quedó simplemente perfecto aunque al principio lo ví medio raro jajaja porque no tenía la apariencia para hacer a un adolescente pero se veía muy bien junto con Savannah quien fue interpretada por Amanda Seyfried la cual me parece excelente actriz e interpretó muy bien a Savannah. También destacan otros actores como Henry Thomas, Richard Kenkins, Scott Porter.
Things start to get difficult when John has to go back to the army special forces and Savannah has to go back to her normal life at the university. This movie has many scenes of war confrontations obviously and John starring Channing Tatum was simply perfect although at first I saw him kind of weird hahaha because he did not have the appearance to play a teenager but he looked great along with Savannah who was played by Amanda Seyfried who I think is an excellent actress and played Savannah very well. Other actors like Henry Thomas, Richard Kenkins, Scott Porter also stand out.
La historia es muy bonita tiene mucho romance porque sobre eso es lo que va la historia pero también toca temas como la separación, las relaciones, la pérdida, las guerras y sus consecuencias y el destino. El Director Lasse Halström para mí hizo un trabajo increíble en tomar todas las escenas y hacer una película con tanta belleza tanto en escenarios como en la fotografía y el libreto. Las actuaciones de Channing Tatum y Amanda Seyfried fueron sensacionales simplemente no había manera de que no te metieras en la historia de estos dos personajes y sus mundos diferentes pero que se acoplaban a la perfección. También nos muestran dos personajes dentro del espectro autista y uno de ellos es el padre de John el cual nunca fue diagnosticado pero se daba la sospecha de que lo era por su forma de ser cosa que al final hizo a John entenderlo un poco mejor y agradecer por tenerlo junto a el.
The story is very beautiful it has a lot of romance because that is what the story is about but it also touches on themes such as separation, relationships, loss, wars and their consequences and destiny. Director Lasse Halström to me did an amazing job in taking all the scenes and making a film with such beauty both in sets, cinematography and script. The performances by Channing Tatum and Amanda Seyfried were sensational there was simply no way you couldn't get into the story of these two characters and their different but perfectly matched worlds. We are also shown two characters within the autistic spectrum and one of them is John's father who was never diagnosed but there was a suspicion that he was because of the way he was, which in the end made John understand him a little better and be thankful for having him with him.
La duración de esta película es de dos horas y hay escenas que me parecieron que faltaron sobre todo de John junto a Savannah. El final es bastante raro, es como que dejaron un final abierto. Te quedas preguntándote pero será que si quedaron juntos o no? También me sorprendieron los últimos 20 minutos y todo el giro de la trama, nunca pensé que Savannah tendría una relación con ese personaje de la historia y todo lo que le tocaría vivir después, definitivamente la vida de John y Savannah cambio para siempre y nunca fue la misma. Y lo logré una vez más, no llorar por una historia de amor ❤️ jajaja. Está película se encuentra en Netflix como Querido John y en otras plataformas de streaming ya que es algo vieja, del año 2010.
The length of this movie is two hours and there are scenes that I felt were missing, especially of John with Savannah. The ending is quite strange, it's like they left an open ending. You are left wondering if they got together or not? I was also surprised by the last 20 minutes and the whole plot twist, I never thought that Savannah would have a relationship with that character in the story and everything that she would live through afterwards, definitely John and Savannah's life changed forever and was never the same. And I made it once again, not crying over a love story ❤️ hahaha. This movie can be found on Netflix as Dear John and on other streaming platforms since it's kind of old, from 2010.
