El año pasado se inició esta nueva faceta del MCU la cual era crear historias para los personajes que seguramente tendrán el protagonismo en las próximas fases de este gran universo cinematográfico, está idea la cual pensaba que definía a estás series la mantuve en tres de las cinco series estrenadas en el 2021, pero en la producción que cierra está primera tanda de nuevas historias basadas en los héroes de Marvel, tenga una gran diferencia en no solo dar (más) protagonismo a uno de los Avengers originales sino mostrar a quién en un futuro (cercano) será su sucesora.

En "Hawkeye" veremos dos historias relacionarse gracias al justamente el título de esta historia, primero veremos cómo es la vida actual de Clif Barton quien gracias al sacrificio hecho por Natasha Romanoff, vive en plena felicidad después de por fin recuperar a su esposa e hijos; el posiblemente disfruta de la fama por ser "Hawkeye" uno de los grandes salvadores de New York, aunque quisiera seguir siendo no reconocido porque a pesar de todas las victorias él no se siente como un héroe y eso es porque el pasado oscuro de Clint puede en cualquier momento regresar y crear nuevos problemas; la otra mitad está enfocada en la joven y a la vez valiente, decidida y preparada "Kate Bishop", de muy niña fue testigo de la gran batalla que se llevó a cabo en NY y dónde gracias a la aparición de un grupo de héroes el mundo se pudo salvar, en ese instante vio a uno de los héroes que influyó mucho en su vida, al que después fue conocido como "Hawkeye", pero en ese mismo instante perdió a quien debió estar con ella por mucho más tiempo, su padre, desde ese momento Kate decidió que debería prepararse para ser un héroe, sin importar que no tuviera poderes, sino prepararse para ser tan ágil y valiente como Hawkeye; justamente una chica que creció bajo la influencia de un héroe que está retirado se encontraran en la gran ciudad que inició todo, para que juntos tengan una aventura en dónde el pasado será un factor importante para que ambos sepan su lugar en el futuro.

Desde el anuncio de esta serie inmediatamente se volvió una de las que quería ver, ya que el desarrollo del personaje tanto en "La Era de Ultron" como en "Endgame" era algo que me pareció bien hecho para su personaje y si había alguien que merecía tener una historia, justamente era Clif Barton quien junto a Wanda y Thor pareciera que les costaría mucho más recuperarse de todo lo sucedido en "Infinity War" y por eso pensé que era bueno ver una continuación y conclusión de su historia, pero creo que el desarrollo de algunas de estas series y la espera hizo que las expectativas bajarán, eso también hizo que esperara el estreno de sus seis episodios para poder tener el tiempo y disfrutar de una vez está historia de dos héroes con sus arcos y flechas.
La historia es muy buena, en especial sus primeros 4 episodios, esto es porque se enfoca en un héroe que a pesar de no querer ser un mentor, terminará ayudando a una joven mujer a tomar un manto que tal vez muchos crean que no es importante; en esto se enfoca gran parte de la historia y es lo que personalmente me ha gustado, disfrute que sin quererlo es una historia de redención, miedo, de ayudar, pero más que nada de perdón, esto todo sobre el personaje de Clif Barton, la otra parte es sobre la imagen paterna, la influencia de otros sobre tus actos, sobre quien debes ser y quién serás en el futuro, de tener una vida normal en dónde disfrutar la vida y después tener todas las responsabilidades que quieras cuando estés completamente preparado, esto es con respecto a quien es Kate Bishop en esta serie, esto también me ha gustado porque creo que la relación entre estos dos personajes que son diferentes y a la vez tienen tanto en común es lo que en realidad le da una gran vitalidad a la historia.
Since the announcement of this series it immediately became one of the ones I wanted to see, since the character development in both "Age of Ultron" and "Endgame" was something that I thought was well done for his character and if there was someone who deserved to have a story, it was precisely Clif Barton who along with Wanda and Thor seemed that it would cost them much more to recover from everything that happened in "Infinity War" and so I thought it was good to see a continuation and conclusion of his story, but I think the development of some of these series and the wait made the expectations lower, that also made me wait for the premiere of its six episodes to have the time and enjoy once and for all this story of two heroes with their bows and arrows.
It is very good story, especially its first 4 episodes, this is because it focuses on a hero who despite not wanting to be a mentor, will end up helping a young woman to take a mantle that perhaps many believe is not important; this is the main focus of the story and it is what I personally liked, enjoyment that without wanting it is a story of redemption, fear, of helping, but mostly of forgiveness, this all about the character of Clif Barton, the other part is about the parental image, the influence of others on your actions, on who you should be and who you will be in the future, to have a normal life where you enjoy life and then have all the responsibilities you want when you are fully prepared, this is about who Kate Bishop is in this series, I also liked this because I think the relationship between these two characters that are different and yet have so much in common is what really gives a great vitality to the story.
Con todo lo que he descrito es claro que mis personajes favoritos son Clif y Kate, la relación de ambos hace que está historia encaje en el género de "Buddy Film" aunque por supuesto esto es una serie, pero cumple con todos los requisitos, dos personas muy diferentes, que deberán formar un equipo para resolver un crimen, creando una buena amistad mientras transcurre la historia, pero hay algo que es importante para que todo esto funcione y es la química entre los actores que participen en estos proyectos y justamente eso ocurre en esta miniserie, Jeremy Renner y Hailee Steinfeld tienen una excelente relación, se comprometen muy bien y tal como están escritos sus personajes hace que funcione mucho mejor, sé que Renner hizo algo parecido y muy breve en "La Era de Ultron", pero está vez es mucho mejor, sirve para que su personaje pueda hacer cosas que no pensaba en hacer como hacerse conocer con el público y por supuesto también sirve para hacer conocer a un personaje con material de líder cómo es Kate Bishop; la relación de mentor y aprendiz que para ser sincero no se hace oficial en esta historia, es algo que me pareció genial y muy bien hecho. Otro personaje que me gustó es el de "Maya Lopez" interpretado por Alaqua Cox, su actuación es excelente, es muy natural, tiene la actitud, fuerza y vulnerabilidad perfecta para el personaje que interpreta, sin ninguna duda que cuando "Echo" sea estrenada (serie sobre su personaje) estaré muy pendiente de verla.
With everything I have described it is clear that my favorite characters are Clif and Kate, their relationship makes this story fit in the genre of "Buddy Film" although of course this is a series, but it meets all the requirements, two very different people, who must form a team to solve a crime, creating a good friendship while the story goes on, but there is something that is important for all this to work and that is the chemistry between the actors involved in these projects and just that happens in this miniseries, Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld have an excellent relationship, they compromise very well and the way their characters are written makes it work much better, I know that Renner did something similar and very brief in "Age of Ultron", but this time is much better, it serves for his character to do things he did not think of doing as to make himself known to the public and of course also serves to make known a character with leadership material as is Kate Bishop; The mentor and apprentice relationship, which to be honest is not made official in this story, is something that I thought was great and very well done. Another character I liked is "Maya Lopez" played by Alaqua Cox, her performance is excellent, she is very natural, she has the perfect attitude, strength and vulnerability for the character she plays, without any doubt that when "Echo" is released (series about her character) I will be watching it.
Creo que perder las expectativas y por eso no esperar mucho de esta miniserie hizo que la disfrutará, también el hecho de esperar a que todos los episodios fueran estrenados y verlos de forma seguida debo decir que también fue una buena decisión, esto es porque el ritmo de los primeros 4 episodios son buenos, es un film largo, lleno de buenos diálogo y buenas escenas de acción, sé que el factor del villano es algo que impacto a muchos, fue algo inesperado que de igual forma pienso que debió ser mejor manejado y no dejar todo para revelarlo de forma abrupta como si fuera algo hecho de último minuto, pero a la vez confirmo algo y es que está serie en particular se me hizo muy parecida a las series de Marvel hechas en Netflix, tal vez sea eso lo que más me ha gustado, tiene un buen balance de acción, humor y el drama, como dije una historia de redención y perdón, que se diferencia a las demás por dar paso al relevo en estos héroes, cosa que se verá mucho más en las producciones que están por estrenarse en este nuevo año. Espero que pronto se haga oficial algún nuevo proyecto en dónde aparezca nuevamente Kate Bishop, tengo la esperanza que sea sobre una nueva amistad entre Hawkeye y Balck Widow.

I hope that soon a new project will be made official where Kate Bishop appears again, I hope it will be about a new friendship between Hawkeye and Balck Widow.
